all these can only be found in decentralized exchanges. unfortunately i have not found a good one myself.

the centralized ones will lack at least one of these features you are looking for. mainly the safety because they are all risky and there has been too many scam incidents from each one of them that makes them all untrustworthy.

for now you can use services like https://www.shapeshift.io/ if you want a fast way of converting one crypto to another without signing up on an exchange service and be forced to give them your identity documents and also risk them scamming you and running away.

I've used  https://www.shapeshift.io/ a couple times with small transactions. If you exchange BTC then they are  sending alts after getting 1 confirmation. If you google about this website you will find some scam accusations so I think it can be risky to exchange big amounts of crypto at one time there.

Some other altcoins are really hard to exchange with another coin, if you really want to convert a coin that is always available in exchanger you can use etherdelta for it. This is I think the most perfect way to exchange our coin, it can be difficult at first but if you learn about it you can be used to it.

There are so many exchanges out there. But I use poloniex and cryptopia for trading purpose and till this date I haven't faced any problems with these exchanges. If you open your account using VPN, then cryptopia will block your withdrawal. So if you are planning to try cryptopia, then please be careful about that. You didn't specify if what you want were a trading exchange or just a site where you can exchange one coin for another. If you so referred to a trading exchange, I would ask you to deal with poloniex and Coinexchange. Both have many listed coins and are user friendly in terms of site navigation. But if what you seek is a mere place to exchange one coin for another without doing any trading then I recommend changelly. It's a good place.

im agree with other comment that if you want using exchanger with quickest trade you can use shapeshift, its not an xchanger but its a service that you can exchange your coin into another coin with quick transcation, but you will meet the fee of the service

because the volume is large, available services exchange, margin, and landing. In addition, the website display is user friendly, so do not get tired when having to monitor the market.

There is many Crypto exchange available but i will recommend only bittrex and polonix.these exchange are verry easy to use becos also i'm using for trading for btc and other coins.

with bittrex exchange which was one of the most trusted and biggest exchanges scamming lots of people, i have officially lost faith in any kind of centralized exchange an now i only trust decentralized exchanges. i am currently in the process of researching more about all of them to try and find the best, they seem so different than the regular ones that i am used to but they are much safer.

until i find one, i will be using cryptopia.

How do people feel about the identity requirements at many of the exchanges?  I understand they need to comply with KYC regulations though technically they dont for low levels.  Bittrex wont authenticate me either for basic level, so it full identity upload to use them, i'm thinking Poloniex will be the same (since they use same service provider).

What is Cryptopia's requirements for identity, can you withdraw?  Binance and Bitfinex dont seem to have any requirements.

I was looking for answers to the same question given above, I have read all the opinions of people but I am still not satisfied with them.

As far as I know it's bittrex as everytime I have seen people ask " Is this token exchangeable on bittrex?" Also I would prefer you to use it as it has comparatively more trust and nowadays trust is a major issue as I am hearing alot of scam accusations.

Spaceshift is a good variant. Bittrex also is good, because of volumes and a lot of alt and it seems to be safe. Also i can recomend to try hitbtc(smtimes it could be not so fast for big volumes). Try some decentralized exchanges like bitshares (I won’t be instant but it would be maximum secure for your funds). Now Waves dex 2.0 testing is in progress, so i think it would be a great decentralized exchange.

I use Shapeshift and Bittrex for some of my Alt coins, but I would not recommend them as being the best or the fastest. The regulated exchanges

are still the preferred option, if you want some protection. {not 100% safe, but a better option than unregulated sites.}  ::)

Bittrex does not make you get a cheap fee. However bittrex currently provides us with the convenience of using such exchange. The security and confidence of an exchange is very important because it can provide a sense of comfort to us. I will choose bittrex and I will use bittrex as main exchange that I use.

Depending on the use you want to give, in my case I prefer to use exchanges that are safe and fast as bittrex to trade because they have a high liquidity and more than 100 coins, although many will say that poloniex is the best of all for the benefit, security and coins listed but still in Poloniex you must be very careful, because sometimes they sell dead coins without warning you, they simply put a tiny hashtag and if you are not careful you will end up losing money.
If you want to buy cryptocurrencies with FIAT, use kraken is very convenient. To buy bitcoins with credit cards you have Cex.io, is recommended very fast and the commissions are not high.

I found etherdelta and hitbtc are more reliable and most of my tokens quickly listed in these exchanges either from Ico , airdrop or bounty these exchanges will take most of the newly introduced coins.

Bittrex is the best exchange for trading as it is the safest exchange and have all security features. I don't heard any issue of server or downtime on their exchange neither any phishing attack. I am using bittrex from long and find it safest among all exchanges.

Their support system is totally crap. Suppose you send ticket today, you will get reply after 2-3 months stating apology for not replying to ticket and to submit another ticket!

Nearly all exchanges are crap. Suppose the price of a token rising quickly, what they will do, they will put red mark of deposit/withdrawal first of all. Then they will make sure that their pockets have been filled with profits during pumps. After then only, deposit/withdrawal gets enabled again.
All exchanges are hit by a chronic cancer i.e. Centralization!

yep I used shapshift and really satisfied with its conversion time and easibility. I used blockchain wallet to convert bitcoin to euthereum recently which uses shapshift exchange for conversion.

EtherDelta is a great decentralized trading platform an it is really easy to use. The problem is that OP wants to exchange bitcoin which is not possible on ED, you can only trade Ether and Ethereum-based tokens.
Personally, I recommend Bittrex, I have been using it for a long time and the only thing I can complain about is high withdrawal fees.

I think there is no "best exchange". but we have some exchange better than others. some exchange that there are decentralized. but always u must be careful some exchange are scam specially centralized exchange are scam be careful. be careful some exchange like bittrex banned their clients without any warning and any reason

I personally use shapeshift,  it's very secure and good,  but you always have to trust them,  because they won't send first.  This is fine in my opinion,  because they're a large company and they are worth a lot of money so they wouldn't scam you for little.  Honestly,  just use it.  It will do the job.

Well, it's subjectively said; I used to use yobit , it's highly recommend exchange , safe, fast and trusted platform. You can set at what price to buy/sell and it supports several deposit and withdrawal methods

I think if you want to use the fastest trade withdrawal you can use shapeshift instead of redeeming but its services to convert your coins into other coins with quick transactions but you will meet the service charge.

I have using Poloniex and HitBTC for a year, so far its accommodating my needs to convert from ico to altcoins. some transaction charge with high cost yes, but it is trading, as long as you gain profit from it, i think doesn't matter.

actually a good selection of exchange cryptocurrency such as, poloniex, bittrex, yobit and others. i think all the exchange is good depending on the taste we want to choose which one, and obviously each exchange has a different fee each transaction.

lol, etherdelta is the worst exchange . why? because its simply buggy and slow plus it also eats up your etherium balance for no reason and thats why it sucks verry much. many users are experiencing this problem, not only me. though new tokens and altcoins are always ended up first in etherdelta.

I have ever experience in poloniex and bittrex exchange.
But curently, bittrex have some issues about unverified account about withdrawing.
So i suggest poloniex to be good choice.

Well, there are a lot of exchanges for cryptocurrencies. Well, I think most of them are decentralized, meaning security is all good. We have bittrex, etherdelta(not much cause you need to give priv key), Hitbtc, and many more.
