Is it competitions for deals or team based game?
What is the profit for traders to use this kind of trading?

The core of the Cryptonaut competitive trading hub will be a wide variety of crypto trading tournaments, designed with different rules, entry requirements and durations. All trading contests are free to enter, although all contests carrying monthly reward pool pay-outs will require participants to upgrade their account to pro level by holding a CNAT token balance as a proof-of-stake. Upon joining a contest, a user will be credited with a fresh $20k virtual tournament balance with which he/she is able to start trading. Cryptonaut operates a sophisticated virtual trading exchange, offering free real-time and historical data access to over 1,000 listed coins and 50 global crypto exchanges, as well as supporting advanced trading strategies via a professional broker interface. Traders will also be able to connect to the Cryptonaut execution engine via standardised FIX APIs, which allows them to also use algorithmic trading strategies to participate in the competitions.

Typically, the top 20 users on a contest leaderboard will be rewarded with ETH prizes.

seen in the structure in the concept of cryptonaut , like a competition in trading , this is quite interting for us to observe and review from start journey from roadmap and read from whitepaper cryptonout , and i see its buildig team has a good competence and profesional.
