Title: mix install vega 56 and rx 570 Post by: kingadel on November 23, 2017, 12:07:28 PM guys is there a way to mix install these cards ? i tried blockchain drivers. recent non chain drivers. even older 16.11 drivers.
Rx vega 56 is installed correctly and windows recognize rx 570 but there is a yellow triangle on it. I used update driver and it says there is problem installing the driver correctly. i used ddu in safe mode to remove drivers. Anyone tried this mix install ? Any success ? Install the blockchain driver, then install the patch. Reboot, make sure the vega is working properly. Install the 570, Install the blockchain driver, install the patch, reboot. I had some 470 card that, when installed, would reduce the memory speed of the vega 56 to 300 or whatever the idle speed is. I had to give up on mixing those cards in the same rig. Works fine with 570/580/vega 56 mix. Best of luck... lol

The problem was I moded Rx570 bios so reseting it to stock bios fixed the problem. However stock setting is around 22MH/s for Ethereum doesnt even worth power consumption.
