In the last 7-10 days ethereum has risen from 300 to 400.That is a huge growth for ETH.What do you guys think, since the last few days the growth is heavy so a correction is expected.But the year end is coming so 500$ can be touched.What do you say?

By what we can all see from news and charts, Ethereum will reach $500, easily.

I don't expect any correction to happen. Correction was done when the price dropped to 300 dollar. The price rise has just started. Much higher prices are reachable.

Bcash demand is increasing but is it proportional to the increasing use of Bcash?

There are likely chances of this thing to happen. The way market price of ETH is increasing and that too in such a short span of time, this thing has never been seen in the history. This is in fact a very good news for the ones who actually invested in ETH or are planning to invest in ETH in the coming days. It is also a very good option for the ones who cannot afford investing their money into bitcoin.

I think it raised so quickly, more than expected. I farsee correction coming in a month back to $400s. Ethereum is nice coin but its not as speculative as all these tokens or airdrops. It still did so much.

When bitcoin touches $10,000, correction is imminent. And as all coins are correlated with Bitcoin, they will all be affected. I'd say, it is going to happen between New Year and end of March (time to pay taxes).

Are you aware that Ethereum has been dropping from 0.15 BTC to 0.047 BTC now while Bitcoin itself went up against the USD? By that logic, a downward correction in Bitcoin should cause an upward correction in Ethereum.

I think Ethereum might continue to rise. Before year end it might touch $500. A sudden upward spark from $300 to $400 is witnessed this month. Everyone is expecting some correction here, but looking at current strong up-trend this seems impossible.

I suppose the correction will never happen with such rise of bitcoin )))))) just go to the moon! Joke... I think nobody know when will be correction... Nobody think that bitcoin will be around 11 000$... So maybe ethereum can rise up to 1000$.

$500 have been reached, ethereum will keep on increasing and it will go on the flow of bitcoin. It might reach $800 at the end of this year, so just hold your ethereum for a while

You are right, for better or for worse. I have really just stopped trying to predict. The charts are wrong, the charts are always shouting correction but nothing is happening. So the drop looks bigger and bigger but maybe we have to stop using old technical analysis. Maybe this is a bubble after all.

But if Bitcoin does correct, I cannot see how Eth and other alts can continue when they have already broken so many ATHs. I think the best is just to hold whatever you have and just wait. No new entries for me now.

$400 was the all-time high, which ETH got close to a couple of times. This time it broke through and continued upwards. Normally round numbers can give resistance, but ETH broke through $500 today as well before dropping a bit. Safe to say there is no solid resistance at $500, so on we go and up we go. I'd be happy with anything over $500 by the end of the year really. There is a huge amount more to come from Ethereum, we have relly only just started

My option is "500 and corrects". I guess it will bounce from 500 to 400. Maybe after that it could raise even more than 500$ but I'm not sure that it will be in 2017.

It's falling right now and fast

Already recovering, ETH is my favorite ALTcoin now. Just a pitty as I bought one today when it was $50 higher, but who cares when ETH reached 1.000  :-*

I think the price of Ethereum will go up to 550$  by the end of the year. However, the price of Bitcoin has to fluctuate less for it to happen, otherwise the price of Ethereum can not provide a balanced increase.

I agree mate, there's no more price corrections and I do believe that price will have to recover from that drop of $300. We will have to expect it now that price rise is going to happen few days to go, and good thing about it is you will have a determination of holding bitcoin for longer terms. Hopefully we are now heading up to more than what everybody is expected to happen, the rise of ethereum value is the most awaited part of altcoins journey now.

What a crazy ride. Touched $517 on GDAX i believe, and now crashed hard along with Bitcoin to around $400 in less than 2 hours... Despite all this i still see Ethereum finishing 2018 strong, above $500 (give it a week or two consolidating around $400 and then off it goes again).

Think ETH and BTC will be the 2 big one next times

at the end of the year maybe it still stable in $400-$500, sometime in december people start to withdraw their money, for christmas and for the end of the year to celebrate it, btc price and some altcoin will down but ETH will only down a little

yeah , very surprising when eth price @300 to @450 on 7-10 days.
end years eth will possible rise to $500 , this just my prediction  ;)

Corrections in waves are inevitable. Follow elliott waves and you will catch good entry and exist points. Ethereum is keep growing and price won't return to under $300 anymore.

in end of year i think ethereum will hit 500 and correction, and this day if you have btc, try to buy some eth right now..

speculating about Ethereum has always been one of the hardest things for me. at least most of the times since on rare occasions the pumps and dumps are visible from miles away!

it is hard because it defies all the logic that i have. it rises when it should really be falling and failing. you can see how the network is congested and all the transactions are failing and even disappearing. we have seen lots of hacks and wallet issues, lots of smart contract failure, lots of ICO scams and so many other indicators that could have led to dumping of so many other projects. to be honest i am surprised how ETH is still standing up right now!

and right now ethereum is encountering a problem and having a maintenance but i will rise more if it is fixed

I think for the end of this year ETH will experience a good price increase.

In my opinion it is really possible to achieve 500 dollars because now started this kitty game where we can buy cats for ethereum. It will help to grow price

If anything I think it has contributed to the price falling, it helped to clog the network and the price always suffers when the network is clogged up and slow. I think the whole crypto kitties hype is already dying though and will be a thing of the past very soon.

I think that right after people lose interest in cats, the network will recover and the coin will again become expensive. Now many people say that they have problems with transactions

I have tried to analyze ethereum and it price and one thing that I have find out is that it is a bit stable and you can really buy it without mush fear that it price is about to gone down or clash. I am speculating ethereum price to be in a range between $400 and $500 before end of this year as it has been behaving for the past three to four!

I think ethereum achieve a lot of in this year and now stay in 400 dollars to end this year but i hope in next year its price achieve 1000 dollars. It is my dream

Exactly, people always worry when there are problems with slow or expensive transactions and that causes the price to fall. Why there's certainly reason for the worry as of yet it's not completely relevant. Hopefully in future eth will have some scalability improvements so this doesn't happen again.

The price now is stagnant not much different in last few days. Now it still $440 and in the end of the year i
Believe will be $500 or a little more but not much more.
