Former Dev already did the damage to this community by selling off his tokens and crashing IPY by showing no respect. It is funny…now He is asking for 20 ETH. Karma is a great equalizer. What else to say. I’m not sure If you will be able to increase the total supply for IPY and provide him restricted Tokens. Which He has to hold until project comes to life. . It could be for at least 6 months. If his Project is REAL. I’m sure He will be able to get more than 20 ETH with his IPY Tokens. If He doesn’t have any intention of co-operating with your Team.
