Post by: jhenfelipe on November 25, 2017, 09:11:31 AM I've seen other users with the same problem in iOS app. As I checked Jaxx's twitter account they have mentioned that their devs are aware about the issue of the app not showing/displaying the balance. It's been a week (or almost) during the time of reply (https://twitter.com/Jaxx_Support/status/931517114099388417), you should wait for the update to check whether the issue will be resolved. As stompix stated, your balance is there, it's just that it's not visible in the app.
