There are many political problems in Middle East. Do you believe that World War III will happen in Middle East?

WW3 didn't already happen? I guess it is what you believe. The Middle East is a mess and the West has to got to keep sticking their nose into their business and only makes it worse. Don't understand why the West doesn't have a no interference policy on these things. Idc what dictator is in charge, we have had our fair share of them in Europe and we revolted every time untill we arrived where we are now and even now its only less shitty as before. They should start putting historians in charge of the military maybe then they finally get the message.

The events of the last 15 years have not yet reached their end. I very much hope that there will not be a third world war

Can almost guarrantee it will happen anyway, historically man has not learned much from the past so it will repeat its mistakes untill he does.

First off I sincerely hope not because we have enough nukes to nuke the planet twenty times over. That alone is enough to scare the crap out of me, I also do not think it will happen because the fight for oil will be over soon

What I know about the Middle East is that it's the most volatile or war-prone place in the world. This is due to the different sections of Islam: the Shia and Sunni plus the vast oil reserves that some countries want to control. Other than that, the Middle East is not really the first place to expect WW3 to originate because war is part of it already.

World war 3 will probably be sparked by some actions in the middle east. The problem is that the middle east is very rich in many natural resources and the worlds super powers will do anything to try get their hands on them. It's why we see such big problems in those areas.

A war in the Middle East will not be a world war. To made the world involved the world would have to get attacked. A bunch of terrorists with ak4s and russian tech dating back to the cold war won't be able to threaten the world. A world involvement isn't needed to wipe out those goat screwing mofos. NATO would be more than enough even if they formed a coalition.

There are always wars in the Middle East. This is the intersection of the main trade routes between China and Europe. There will always be wars.

I am wondering why young American have to die in Middle East.

Maybe will start there but maybe it could also start in Asia. We wouldnt really know. I was thinking that the problem there is because of religion but if i look at what is happening right now between US and North Korea has nothing to do with religion but just plain pride and stupidity. North Korea can also hatch a war in Asian region i think.

I don't think WW3 or any major war can happen in that region.All the wars currently going on there is a result of religious conflict and misunderstand among tribes which is impossible to cause world war .

The current society is very low in the possibility of war, all countries are trying to develop the economy!

Middle east  I have a friend working in middle east she said the weather is very hot and she said many foods.When eating time they are together prepare the foods in big amount.Just like tradition they alls sitting together eating just like big family as long they relative and friends

In my opinion, the middle east is the shit-hole of the earth. We should avoid that region by any means possible. I couldn't find a single factor, which could get me attracted to that place. The weather is horrible, the people are unfriendly and even the wildlife is lacking the diversity. Israel is the only country in the middle east which I would ever consider visiting.

Middle East is the place where World War 3 has the highest chance to happen, because, geographically:
1. it is the place where the continents (Asia, Africa, & Europe) meet each other.
2. the three big Ideologies (Islam, Liberalism, & Socialism) gather around
3. the three big religions (Jews, Christianity, & Islam) grow.
4. for economic interest, every (big) nations scramble over Suez Canal.

Been there, worked there. WW3? nope, I don't think it's gonna happen.

Its hard to tell anything about middle east because i have'nt there before. I think the right people to tell us what is good or bad in middle east are those who live there. But everytime i heard a news about middle east. I heard only bad thing about countries there.

Well to be honest I hope not , many people rely on middle east for what reason? Jobs and the main source of Oil is on the middle east. Just imagine of it , the WW3 happen in middle east so basically a lot of people will suffer and I hope this will not be true. Kinda scared though why do we need to fight ? Just for money , power , and greatness?. And on the other hand if that happen , my prediction why they fight is because religion.

Indeed, the current situation in the Middle East is heating up, this happens because of many conflicts such as territorial seizures, differences in religious teachings and terrorism.

The Middle East has some political problem but this is the most important for the investors to make a profitable businesses place.The Middle East has ample stock of natural oil and fuel.Because of having natural property Middle east has strong economical power.Well planned any investment can be profitable for the investors in Middle East.

The Middle East is actually going to be the reason why World Wat III is going to happen, every since the UN gave Israel the right to form their very own country, the place has been the most controversial place in the entire world and this has lead to a lot of Wars or Battles between the Arabs and Jews.

If the United States violates the agreement to lift sanctions from Iran and these sanctions should have been lifted after Iran terminated its nuclear program. Naturally if this agreement is not implemented by the United States and this is the main party interested in the West's agreement with Iran, then Iran can begin a full-scale resumption of its nuclear program with all the ensuing consequences.  :-X

Middles East is so rich in oil,  petroleum.  All over the wod middle east only is tge one source of our oil. 

Local people are really lazy because they can just dig a hole in their backyard and oil will come shooting out (not sure to what extent it’s true but yeah) and all the workers there are foreigners. To be honest, I think the area is: corrupt, scary, frightening, not-so-tourist-friendly and scary. I really don't know much about the place but I feel really bad about stereotyping all of them and grouping all of them under the same category.Anyways, I don't know much about the area, but guys, don't stereotype.

You are completely right . The middle east is the worst place to live in on earth. According to me, middle eastern countries are worst of all countries. There are lots of ongoing bloody horrible war in the middle east. I do not think to visit there for sure.

There are a few stable nations, such as Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. And many of these nations are investing a lot of money in order to attract international tourists. But even then, I would advise everyone to avoid these countries like plague. You never know when you will be arrested for the silliest of the charges, and put behind the bars. An example is here:

The Middle East is American Gun Manufacturers' play zone. USA sells the weapons and arms various factions in ME. And they fight each other for nothing. People live there are poor(not all) and somehow they happen to hate many things. The reason could be the religion or being poor/stupid. Maybe all of them.

Do you see any news about USA selling any weapons to Spain, Portugal, Finland, Brazil or Thailand?

Because they are smart enought to know that if they buy weapons from the US, they'll have to use them eventually so they can buy more again.

Will share some of my personal experience since I've been living in Dubai for the past 15 years.

My first impression was - There is practical separation of formal laws and their application. Formally laws are very strict and prohibiting but nobody actually follows them nor enacts them. In comparison in Europe we had official separation of Church and state, here it was implemented unofficially.

Underlying risk is that at any point of time they can choose to start with strict implementation depending on current economical or political circumstances.

In the wider region there are several localized armed conflicts but they currently lack capacity to escalate into world-wide conflict.
Due to ever declining oil revenues many new questions are on the table and at this point of time it is impossible to predict future development.

I think it's already started. Wars changed their character, now they are more shadowed. Look at Syria, for example. Interests of many countries are intertwined here. Russia and USA know that they are fighting from different sides but nobody talks about that.

I believe in it. This region is the most unstable nowadays. There are a lot of contradictions between countries there about territorial borders, religion, oil etc.

Yes, I do believe that world war III will happen in Middle East. Because in the Middle East there are so many troubles like killing innocent people and bad political, so I'm sure that world war III will happen in middle east.

If there happens a WW3, then most probably the middle-east will act as a trigger. Because, as of now there are two possibilities to trigger a new world war. The first one is the ongoing rivalry between the North Korea and the US, and the second one is the Shia-Sunni rivalry in the middle east (Iran vs Saudi). In case of the DPRK, I don't expect the rivalry will progress in to a world war, as DPRK is quite isolated right now. But that is not the case with Iran.

There's a possibility of it starting there. It's already chaotic in many places now. WW3 will happen "everywhere", so, let's just hope not in our time.

I still don't understand why the Arabs are so ballistic about Israel. That nation represents about 1% of the total area of the middle-east. The Muslims are having the remaining 99% of the area, and why can't they leave this 1% to the Jews? They are also the native inhabitants of that region, and it is not possible for them to live in Muslim majority nations.

I think for me middle east if you work there is high salary  but all people is have good attitude mostly arab countries but not all arab you know if work to there country they make like you a sleeves.

I think many of the modern volatility in the Middle East can be directly contributed to certain western countries. I think they have helped protect and propagate radical Islam over the last 30 years by cosying up to the most radical states in the Middle East and disposed of the more secular (by middle eastern standards) leaders. And world war three well I think this war will fought on all corners of the globe. Albert Einstein famously said " I don't know what weapons they will use in WW3 but WW4 will be fought with sticks and stones"

Middle is one of the riches producer of oil in the world , and middle east is where most terrorist are living because most people in the middle east are muslims. Maybe in the future there will be war , the world war 3 to be exact but i do not think it will start in the middle east. But when that time happens we all here are not in this world anymore. Several countries are safe in the middle east in recent years have made several revolutions of development and infrastructure.

I think the Israeli government are acting in the same way now as the Germans did in the 1930's. Land grabbing from the Palestinians, killing those who protest, bulldozing their homes. Governments namely America calling protesters Terrorists while America and other countries support the likes of Saudi Arabia killing those in Yemen who are land locked. Just like Palestine, no food or supplies are allowed in without permission. With Syria its down to America trying ti influence the region and are failing.

I don't think those problems are so intense and serious that they could even cause world war -_-  That's too much

the middle east is, in perspective of its geographical situation, a region which is between many different countries.......so its a region with a high potential of tensions...many different cultures and religions are coming together.....

Rich land? The only natural resource they have is petroleum. Other than that, most of the middle east is comprised of barren desert, which is barely inhabitable. And as the human population increases, the competition is also going to increase for the few remaining natural resources.

I believe world war 3 can come from any angle. The truth is we cannot predict exactly where it will come from because war is mostly fought for political and personal reasons and in more ways than one, the middle east might just be the victims here.

Well i also see a battered region where the people are generalized and discriminated because of their culture and religion. I see a region that needs more humanitatian support than military support. A region where women and children are dying every effin day with us not taking notice or simply choosing to ignore.

I believe that Word Wall III will happen because the war in Syria is not about Al Assad to stay in power, its all about gas and oil, Syria has the second largest gas field in the world in area called "qalamon" which is controlled by Russian Companies since 2003. Also, its a religious war between Sunni and Shiaa.

Well, political problems are naturally occuring in every parts of the world not only in Middle East. However, what makes countries different from each other is that how they handle those political issues and how they resolve it. Moreover, it is the level of political conflict that defines how far problem go. Political dilemma in Middle East are now in fiery situation. With that, some people think that it may eventually lead to a world war. But personally, I don't think that it will lead to that. I do believe that the issue is not even close to that level yet that is why the people involved can do something right to overcome it in a peaceful and orderly manner. On the other hand, the issue in Syria, may probably lead to World War III of it won't stop.

Why do they need outside humanitarian support. Some of the middle-eastern nations are among the richest in the planet. For example, Qatar is currently the richest country, in terms of per capita income. The combined GDP of Saudi Arabia and the UAE amounts for over $1 trillion. Still believe that they need outside aid?

I thing the cheap village politics is running on Middle East.The most of problems are created by Saudi Arabia.......Yemen,Qatar,Lebanon are the victim of those cheap politics...

Let's say around 40 percent yes it is because they fighting for a no reason , they just fight because they have different understanding on the culture , they want power and overtake the whole middle east.

The other 60 is not because for what i believe , world war 3 is just an hoax , and i hope it wouldn't come true as of now our world may be full of destruction but look at the good side or the brighter side , instead of focusing on war , lets focus on the people that needed some action like those people need shelter and those people needed food and good source of water , instead of making weapons make houses.

Many things comes to mind whenever the Middle East is mentioned so my exact thoughts will vary according to the topics presented. Few people seem to understand how diverse and complex the region actually is due to the limited information they get from the news channels and pop culture.

Overlooked over the scenes showing the killing and persecution of the cruel against the population in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, leading to a wide public anger and criticism from all corners of the world.As we see from mass media, as far as this document was written, barely a hundred people-the vast majority are Palestinians--were killed by the army of the occupation of Israel.

I think it's sad that many Westerners seem to think of the Middle East as some big war zone. Like everywhere you go there is destruction and poverty. Or maybe people think that it's always like some Hollywood blockbuster war or spy movie. I remember my friend from Egypt told me that people always have strange stereotypes in their minds about him. Once he was playing a video game online and somebody could believe that he was actually in Egypt. He said, "What? Are you using your laptop on the back of a camel?" The fact is that most people in the Middle East are actually living quite peacefully. There are many parts of the Middle East that are very developed and are developing quickly. When I have been to countries in that region I have feel so much hospitality and generosity for the local people.
