Title: Is there a list of existing Proof-of-stake schemes? Post by: kooler1 on November 24, 2017, 05:16:49 PM After reading few white-papers got an impression that there are quite some interesting Proof-of-stake schemes (like proof-of-storage used in Filecoin, etc).
Was wondering if there is a list somewhere with all schemes and details of their technical implementation? Title: Re: Is there a list of existing Proof-of-stake schemes? Post by: vv181 on November 24, 2017, 08:25:52 PM I haven't seen any article that lists and explain the type of blockchain cryptocurrencies, what I can give is this https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cryptocurrencies. For the details of technical implementation, I'm sure every project explain it in their ANN thread.

There is also a bit of explanation of types of Proof-Of-Work in Wikipedia (in case somebody is also wondering), but unfortunately not that technically deep: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proof-of-work_system
