Looking for crowdsourced sentiment to get an idea where Bitcoin (BTC) may end up by year’s end.

The end of this year should be able to reach 10k usd, now more and more people are willing to buy bitcoin and long-term holdings, and now the good coin market is coming, more people are willing to continue to hold.

$10,000 easily. Don't even doubt that.

You should have a big retreat when you hit $ 10,000. You need to be mentally prepared. After all, $ 10,000 is the threshold many people want to sell bitcoins, which may in many ways lead to a big drop.

it can reach $10000 if the bull run continue , but maybe there will be some correction before the price fly higher ...

I know many people would think that the price range is between 8 -9k.
But for me, bitcoin price will decrease in december end in christmas around 7-8k.
I was thinking many people will sell their bitcoin for celebrating christmas.

The price range will not change much before the end of the year. I don't expect to hit 10000$yet, it's more likely that the price will stay somwhere between 8000$ and 8500$, maybe could even go back up to 7500$ again.  That everything depends on the market and potential outside influence but I hope there will be no disturbances so the price will continue to rise.

If there's no big issue that will affect bitcoin value then for sure it will rise up and I'm aiming to see the value to reach 10k$ or more as we seen that there's some players who also looking forward to achieved that amount if most btc holders will just wait then 10k$ is just their for all of us.

a bit hard to conclude It looks like btc will be able to touch 9K more by the end of this year but it will not touch 10k usd in my opinion. the minimum bitcoin price by the end of this year is 95K usd.

I think the bitcoin price will reach 10k.
people also many who argue that bitcoin prices will reach 10k.
and according to the information I hear a lot of people are buying bitcoin before the end of this year.

the price of bitcoin is encreasing slower and slower at the end of the year, but i can sure that bitcoin can keep rising until nearly 10000$ at the end of this year,
also may be over 10000$ at the first day of year 2018.

Bitcoin market value is being quite this week and has only been ranging from 8000 $ to 8.2k $ per btc. Christmas season is coming so i think some of bitcoin holder will going to sell their bitcoin to exchange for fiat. I conclude that bitcoin will reach 10k$ each by year 2018. We have to be prepared for that lol.

Bitcoin has recently been going up so strongly, that I believe we will see it go a little down too.
So my guess is 5000-7000$

But the trend will continue to be up in 2018.

I think by the end of the year bitcoin would end up to 7000$-8000$ assuming that it will dump because of operation dragonslayer. I would like to see them try to kill bitcoin and make bitcoin cash number one, I think it wouldn't succeed but those manipulators would be happy with cash filling their pockets. If it won't come to pass, I still believe that it will dump a little before the year ends. If you dont know about operation dragonslayer, search about it.

What do you think the bitcoin price will decrease to 5000 $, in my opinion it's a slightly unreasonable price range. And you predict bitcoin prices will increase until the next few years but you say there will be a decline in prices. We should be optimistic that the increase in bitcoin users today will affect the systematic increase in bitcoin prices.

I think bitcoin will end this year in between the price range of $9000-$10000,because for last some days there is not big price growth in bitcoin price if that price growth continues through this year then the price will go upto $10000.I hope there will be no more price dumps in this year because normally more investments will made on bitcoins because many peoples in the world will get extra bonus salary in this month of Christmas.

With the way things are going and what we have in the charts right now, the possibilities of hitting $9000 and above is possible. With the possibilities of corrections in between, we might just end up between $9000 - $10000 with all things being equal. Anything can happen though, it is bitcoin and we may still end up seeing more than that looking at all that has happened within just these past few months.

I think even if bubble burst we will have panic buy before:
not less than 20% a day for 2-3 days. So it is very possible we will see bitcoin over 10.000 usd price mark :-)

It seems to me we all think bitcoin is going to end the year with a good note and it is going to surpass any previous all time high and it may seem like it could even surpass 10k before the end of the year but even if it does not it could do that at the beginning of the next year.

Right now the price is 8741$ in yobit exchange, the way it is moving up i think before christmas we can see the bitcoin price moving above 10000+ price.

If you look at the way the exchanges are going its pretty easy to say that by the end of the year most likely that bitcoin will reach an all time high of 10k.
I dont know the reason why bitcoin price is continuing to increase, but its good to normal bitcoin user like me.

At most, it is going to cross $10,000 that is good news for all the holders. People are buying Bitcoin on daily basis now. Finally looks like everyone has started to understand the true value of this digital currency. Well anyone who invest in Bitcoin today will be enjoying a lot of benefits tomorrow. It will be for his own goodness.   Bitcoin is skyrocketing nowadays and get it is just the beginning.

I think bitcoin price will reach upto 12K to 13K because currently the price of bitcoin is $ 10500,we still have one month to end this year so I expect in the month december more bitcoin investment will be made so the price will also increase.

I think it would be $10k above by the end of this year, maybe after all the ups and downs of its price i think it would still recover and get back to its track,as this peak season that is coming most probably many more investors would invest ,because there were predictions that next year price of bitcoin will rise up again.But still we cant deny the fact that digital currencies has unstable price and everythings happen and we will just hope for the best so that we can harvest the fruit of our labor.

I guess it can be good at $12,000 by the end of this year and most of the next wave of pump will happen on January 2018 onwards. And by that time $10,000 is going to be the new floor price and $20,000 can be the ceiling.

Bitcoin does not stop surpassing our expectations, bitcoin is above 11000 dollars and there is a big chance this is not the end of the rally since we still have almost the whole month of December ahead of us, maybe it can reach 13k or 14k before the end of the year with the help of the CME.

Will be $15k without correction , or even more maybe since it already surpass $10k goal, and the month just staeted and bitcoin popularity gains more mass adaption.

In the pool you set up, the current price of bitcoin has Surpassed your pool limit. With the look of things, the price of bitcoin will be going over $15k by the end of the year, and I said this because of the proposed fork to take place in the month.

It has already crossed the 11500$ mark and still a month is left for the year to end.The rise was unexpected.A sudden boost is seen in the price .This is because demand for Bitcoin is increasing which is further increasing the price.According to me if it keeps on rising at the same growth rate then it will reach near about 13500$-14000$ before the end of this year.This is just an estimate  because one can never be sure about the price of Bitcoin. It is really unpredictable .

I suppose it can even grow faster than before and reach the mark of 13 thousand by the end of the year. Then the correction will take place.

Well all the speculation are all bound to happen and may not happen according to the forecast by both the experts and non experts above as for me , i believe Bitcoin value will be around  $12,000 at the end of December this year.  Although it is my opinion which may happen and may not happen.

I think this scenario is quite probable, but of course don't forget that bubble will burst when noone expect (!)

I would say $12k-13k conservatively and $14-15k if everything goes according to plan.

The bullish sentiment has really be holding up with the bitcoin community and it's no secret that basically everyone is holding, whether the average Joe that is involved in bitcoin or a big speculator, thus pushing price up by limiting supply.

And this trend could potentially extend into 2018, even accelerate since we're now above $10k.

many say 14,000$ range is good but i think demand will back next days so price will be less than 12,000$ about 10.500$

Yeah but the problem is that once there is a major correction those that are holding and are not informed investors are going to begin to sell their bitcoin, this is going to increase supply and make the price to go down even more, that is going one of the best opportunities to buy bitcoin and one that is not going to present itself in many years.
