Any, all are 3 yr warranty.  The xfx has a rebate but the fans might suck.  Also you can buy 5 of the xfx.  I am a asus fan boy and I have had good luck with their fans.  Honestly all are pretty much +/-1% equal in performance.  Fan life, memory type and cooler design are the variables here.  I'm too lazy to look all of that up to help you.

If your strapped for $ go cheap and get the rebate, not to mention buy more now... or go for the other 2.

You can't find out what memory is installed on the card until you buy it. It's a lottery. All 3 of those cards are mediocre in terms of cooling.

gigabyte has the better cooling of the 3.

I just have experience with the Gigabyte cooling solution and its very good. So far my fans are also very stable.
The difference should be marginal between the three cards so go for the cheapest.

As posted above you cant know which memory brand you get but I recommend you to stick to one card and build your rig with that one so you might get 6x micron memory and only need the settings for one memory type. If you mix cards you might end up searching and tweaking multiple settings/setups.

Handy how? Seems like one of the most useless features to me, ~ same as LEDs. If you ever manage to flash a bad bios to your card (which shouldn't happen like ever if you know what you're doing), you can always boot with another gpu (any gpu will do, including the onboard intel graphics) and re-flash that card again. Dual bios is one of those gimmicks no one ever uses (buy pays extra for it). Sapphire Nitro cards are among the best though, that I totally agree with, but that's because of their good coolers.

If I has to choose between those three, Gigabyte. I have a few of them, works good. But I am most satisfied with Sapphire Nitro ;-)

I would go with a Sapphire over ANY of those 3, but I concede I don't have a lot of recent experience with ASUS cards (I do have one of their "Turbo" 1080 ti blower cards).

XFX - I stopped having anything to do with them a while ago, WAY too many "die young" issues.

Gigabyte - I might THINK about an Aorus model, the rest of their line went "cheap junk" on the fans a while back and I refuse to put up with them any more.
The specific Gigabyte card listed uses the SAME fans as several of my 1070 models - fans that have been DYING IN ABOUT A YEAR in my experience with them. BAD IDEA.
They cool well - when they work - just don't plan on them WORKING for very long.

Dual BIOS isn't a big deal - but high quality BALL BEARING fans on a card you are going to use in a high-temp high-workload 24/7 environment is CRITICAL, and everything Sapphire I have ever owned has had a long-lasting BALL BEARING fan on it.

The only cards that specify "memory type" that I have seen in recent years is the Sapphire "mining specific" RX 470 line - but those have not dropped in price to match recent price drops on various RX 570/580 models so I can't recommend them any more.
