Not only adults have problems, even youth grows tired and weary. What do you think their problems that they are facing?

youth problem now and even in the future is drugs,,thats it.

Mi think that the problem of the youth as a whole is bottled up on anxiety and depression filled with bullying. Right now there is a stigma and so much hatred is being revolved around the earth. Teeneagers are the target and they are being attacked emotionally.

I think loved .Cause many teenager nowadays became a young parent just because they choose to listen in their hurts . and then when it cames  the baby and problems they regret to be a young parents .

Love, unnacepting differences, unacepting of their sexuality if they're gay, lack of money, lack of understanding and I also think it's a big problem and a long process to find who they really are.

i guess social media and all the kind of globalization so they have million freinds but nobody in real life.. me for example I dont own a smartphone, never did because it takes the need from handling the real world (e.g asking for a way or the clock) from you by starring your iphone...

They dont have much respect towards anyone or anything. But I think its due to a lack of discipline as parents are not allowed to discipline their kids like they use to be able to do.

Yes, not only youth here have problems for the whole society. We were thirsty for money. We already at the holidays wish not health, but as much money as possible. Why are we rolling. And the youth under this influence also grows. Which of us will succeed? Not everyone has a goal of life, or the goal is something ordinary, Tipo Become rich, save up for a house somewhere in the natural zone. Right now we all give ourselves to work. We want to keep up with our neighbor. And about our moral values in general have forgotten. After all, the soul does not need money. We lose energy, but forget to accumulate. After all, we are all mortal.

Teenagers can not write properly nowadays because of sms. They have too much eyes on the internet, social networks etc. The young people think that the success is to be famous, to be seen on TV, to be famous on the networks. They are too influenced by what they see on TV. There is also a problem of obesity, Teenagers eat really junk foods (but this is also due to their parents). And I agrre, they dont have much respect towards anyone or anything.

I think the major problems of youth in this generation if confusion. They tend to make wrong decisions in life. One wrong decision and it'll ruin their whole teenage life. Teenagers need guidance and encouragement. It is the risky stage where they need to be guided. Once their parents lack attention, they look for other's comforts which may lead them to the wrong path. Drugs, alcohol and other vises are some of the comfort zones they get when their parents aren't around for them. Teenage pregnancy is one of the result of making wrong decisions of youth these days.

I think the biggest one is love and relationships. I see many teenagers nowadays easily get stressed because of love. When they broke up or get hurt by love,  they lose of their appetite, they can't sleep well,  and even they can't live. They bring too much emotion on this problem. They acts over on love's problem.

I think it's as a result of civilization, because in the olden days, you hardly hear cases of drugs, sexual abuse etc.

For me,The biggest problem that teenager facing nowadays is the unwanted pregnancies. This happen because at very young teenager exposed to sexual activity. I think porn sites should be banned to resolve some cases like this.

Information saturation about everything, with this pile of things that need to think, it is difficult for them to make decisions thanks to the different options that are presented to them, most have financial problems, which affects other aspects of their lives but some others may have lack of affection and can even have both. In short, there are many things that worry teenagers and there is nothing wrong with that, they just need to be listened and helped. They are also people.

for me the biggest problem of teenagers today are they tend to depend too much in technologies, they dont know how to make simple things like doing laundry without washing machine, they have grew up in a world where in all are being spoon fed to them.

Well, teenagers tends to think like a matured one even though they are not. They think that they are better to other people but they are not. The reason they are being problematic is how the new generation of parents do their job. They do not think of what it can affect their children, these parents tends to do what they can and I think that it is a positive but it sometimes curve to being negative.

Agreed. Nowadays the teenagers are not doing any outdoor or extracurricular activities and they seems to be hooked on to their smartphones. Participation rates for outdoor games and sports in colleges are now at all time lows. These people are not even interested in real sex, and they would rather spend their time doing virtual sex using their mobile phones.

I agree, depression and anxiety are some of the biggest problem of teenagers nowadays, and sometimes those kind of problems can lead to harming themselves and sometimes death. So all teenagers must become strong, because no one will help them except themselves.

The problem is both an advantage and a disadvantage -- that is being adventurous. Youth nowadays are so searless that they tend to try everything without thinking of the consequences. For example: sex. Premarital sex is very rampant among teens thus an increase in teenage pregnancy. They don't think before they act. This is a problem and will be a problem if not dealt with.

The most problems of teenagers nowaDays is peer pressure. it is the main cause of other problems such as drugs,killing and others. Even fanily problem and financial problem is also considered as one of the biggest problems  of us teenagers nowadays. I agree. Adding up to that is their curiosity on the effects of different substances. This poses a danger because it may lead them to substance abuse. Many young people are already exposed to different substances like marijuana, tobacco for starters and some coccaine or lsd to some.

One of the problems of teenagers today is mostly teenagers who like negativ things like drunkenness, rape, theft and others. Young people should be a good example for other youth to be a future in a better world. My advice is to use maximum time for positive activities such as sports, learning, and being a self loved by everyone.

As a teenager, I think one of our biggest problems is choosing our path. Because most of us still don't know the path we are going to take in the next generations.

I think the biggest problem facing teenagers today is probably peer pressure. Just because other people are doing drugs or skipping school doesn't mean that you should also. Peer pressure can be good or it can be bad. For example, if someone is pressuring another person to skip school, do drugs, disobey their parents, etc., then that is bad peer pressure. On the other hand, if someone is pressuring another person to get good grades, obey parents and teachers, etc. that is an example of good peer pressure.

It is not good to make your parents think that you do not tolerate or hate them.
Yes, it is normal now to want to spend more time with your friends,

Problems that teenagers are faced with today are diverse but interrelated in many cases. One problem invites another that leads to another, like a chain reaction. Self-esteem, stress, bullying, depression, cyber addiction, teen pregnancy, child abuse, peer-pressure, etc. We, as parents should be well aware of these predicaments that they are facing and help them to eradicate the problems to the best of their abilities. Proper parenting is vital, especially in their very formative years. Our teenager should always feel and know that we (parents) will always be around to guide and love them.

I recently read something on this forum about one user suggesting that we should at least try these experimental drugs but these drugs are so potent and addictive to the extent that just taking one will make the person addicted to it. Trying things can be deadly in the long run.

The biggest adolescent problem today is the decline in morale so that many cases encountered teenagers who rebel against their parents, drugs, free sex, and others. The biggest problems that teenagers are facing are arrogance and lacking skils in social interaction. Today's teenagers think that they are the best of us and they do not need to communicate with society. They also have very dangerous self-confidence which make them think themselves are superior to any humanbeing. This brutal reality is destroying our youths.

I believe one of the main problems today for teenagers is lack of critical thinking. They're being fed with trash from Instagramm, YouTube, Facebook etc. and they believe to all that trash. Early pregnancy.  Having a baby at an early age is one of the problem most teenagers encounter. Lacking knowledge about sex is a big problem.

Youth now days lack of sense of maturity...they're lack of preparedness on the world they face, if home is not complete and full of strife and brokenness chances are kids can absorb it, the younger the children expose to crime, sex, violence, drugs and alcohol the more they were subject to prostitution, early pregnancy and delinquency... this can be avoid if parents were responsible enough to raise their kids well so that in the end they will be the future of this nation.

The biggest problem of teenagers nowadays is  the exposure of  teenagers to internet through the use of smartphones by teenagers,  thereby exposing them to a lot of adult ways of life and thereby increasing early sex at teenage life.As a result of this exposure , the way of life of teenage are just revolving around what they see and read  on the internet. adolescence is a period of identity search is a very vulnerable period. Physical and emotional changes make teenagers very sensitive. Support from parents and peers is very important for teenagers to find their identity. Being welcomed by both family and social environment makes teenagers develop a positive self-concept. The next teenager will develop into a good teenager and can survive and adjust to social expectations.
Teens who experience rejection of their family and social environment will experience confusion in the search for identity. Teenagers will feel alone face all the changes and pressures of life that for teenagers is very heavy. Parents who do not understand the state of adolescence make teenagers as incomprehensible. Family rejection makes teenagers feel small and afraid of the environment. This will affect the relationship of adolescents with peers. Rejected by the group is a very heavy blow for teenagers because teens feel only the best friend who understands. The problem with teenagers these days are their curiosity and though curiosity is good in some extents teenagers nowadays are curious only about things that will eventually destroy their life like drugs and sometimes they engage in robbery just for the thrill of it.

In think the reason why youth grows tired and weary because of study, I'm not blaming them because they chose to study but it can be a contributing factor that they cant do what they want because they have to finish school stuff that would be pass on a given deadline another is, they don't do such time management, they don't manage their time to do a specific work so it got them so much time that can cause them drained, tired or fatigued.

The problems of youth nowadays was involving themselves in any kind of relationship, the level of their aggressiveness was very high and most of them too are too much liberated. If you're gonna look at it at their young age they'seems to be like to be put themselves at having a husband and wife that's why premarital sex was very rampant. They thought it is a real love but the truth was its just a puppy love.

Many of the problems of youth today are very reminiscent of the 70s - drugs, promiscuity, parents' incomprehension, violence in the family and educational institutions ... Yes, the "old people" remember how it was!
Unfortunately, modern society does not solve these problems, but creates more and more (((Drugs are becoming more dangerous and harmful in composition due to new technologies, but more accessible! Sexual education due to easily accessible porn has become perverted.  Incomprehension and the lack of attention of parents is growing because of the rise in the price of life every year.There have been added new trends such as sects, organizations that motivate young people to commit suicide, a very high price for tuition, early marriages with subsequent divorce, loneliness in consequence of attachment to the computer (telefone) ... It's sad that we can enumerate this else very long time  :( :'(

I think their biggest problem is to find a way to have a healthy life, and don't think too much about other opinion, and just be themselves.

There are teenagers nowadays that are attention seekers in which they think that they are unappreciated and not enough to be proud of. They often feel pressured from the expectations of their families especially if they are being compared to their siblings. And for some teenagers that were left by their parents they often seek for happiness thru going out with friends even they don't know if its bad or good.

Teenagers biggest problem is attention from their parents who will guide them for what is right and wrong. Some youth are don't want to share their problems with their parents because they think that their parents won't understand, Also some parent are too busy on their job just to give better future for their child, but misunderstood by youth. Having some family time will make stronger bond. Sharing meals together and talking about how was their day. For me, it is all about family problem such as broken family.

I think the biggest problem is disappointment of what they were taught for. The reality has changed. Education is not a guarantee anymore. Finding a decent job is a problem nowadays even for top-uni graduates.

In my point of view the problems that the children are facing today is all about love, poverty and nonstop insecurities. Well almost all of the youths are having love problems which i think is, they are not supposed to focus on falling in love in a young age they must focus on shaping they self better. another thing is poverty, because of poverty some youths are not sent to school and they have the tendency to do illegal works just for money. Bullying is one of the worst teenage problems and affects millions of youths. Bullying causes fear in the minds of kids, and makes them nervous going to school each day. The adults do not always witness the bullying in their lives. The teenage children may be subject to heavy bullying as they may not understand how extreme it can get. Any form of bullying is relentless, causing the affected teenagers to live in a state of constant fear. Two of the prime reasons teens are bullied are their appearance and social status. Bullying has caused many serious and life threatening problems for bullied teens. As they get bullied often in school, their academics, and mental health suffer.Bullying can be cruel when it becomes physical attacks on the victims. Some bullies attack their targets physically while others repeatedly spew verbal insults, affecting the psychology of the affected teens.

for me, the biggest problem of the teenagers nowadays is their studies because of their school works especially in their research/study, because they need to focus on that work before they can socialize with other people. :(

I think they're biggest problem will be they are too aware of what's happening to world. Instead of focusing on their lives,they are so busy on social media that it takes away their teenage life. They always think of what other will say instead of being true to themselves. It puts pressure on them everyday because they were always looking for acceptance, they always want to prove something even though its not needed. Cyber bullying will always be an issue for these teenagers, whenever somebody made a mistake, it will posted in the social and everyone will laugh about it. Sad.

And to technology and I mean bad technology like computer games and streams. I know people who spend half of their day playing games and then when they can't play because they're making food, eating or getting to bed they're watching other people play. Living like that makes you unable to achieve anything in life. Young people are like zombies nowadays and a great example of this was when that pokemon game came out. They were trespassing, walking in front of moving cars and doing other stupid things.

I think love is what they consider as their biggest problem where in is should be something that we should thankful for. Also, choosing wrong peers that influence teenagers that leads them to try different vices is also a problem because it may break and damage their lives, their studies and their future. Parents should guide their children during their teenage life.

The biggest problems that a teenager may have today is his/her vices. Like gadgets , clothings , popularity in social media sites. Teenagers nowadays are being wild , they want  what is their mind tells them, they even into illegal activities , like illegal drugs , riots with other teenagers , also in killing. And also teenage pregnancy , they are into early parenthood.

I think the biggest problem for the generation born around the millenium is that they are growing with all those smart devices and social media surrounding them. Kids/ Teenager nowadays dont go out anymore to play nor do they learn practical things (tlaking about the majority, sure there are exceptions). They lack of creativity as well. But its not their fault, its the environment in which they grow up. I think that this is a pity and a development for the bad of mankind, we will have to face the consequences of that in 10 to 20 years.

It can be ignorance, curiosity and pressure from their families. And also they might encounter bullying not only in school but even in their community or in social media as teenagers nowadays where so expose in the online world. They still need guide from their parents.

Teenager nowadays do not have a goal , vision for future. bcz every field of study has been devaluing engineering, management sciences, commerce the scope is decreasing due to less job opportunities.

biggest problem that the world face is the premarital sex, children should be educate even at young age now, we cant stop teens to do sex, we must accept that  coz we were not with them 24/7 what we can do is to teach them how to be on the stage where they can control their selves if not do it right to make sure that they will finish college unpregnant.

Many young people these days as I notice are very intelligent unlike in my generation but the problem is their laziness, youth has still the creativeness and iq to be qualified as prodigy but the problem is most of them are easily get bored.

I think the biggest problem the teenagers are facing is the entitlement mentality, sometimes we as parents tend to be over protective and we give everything to our children,and forget to tell them that the world doesn't owe them anything and they need to work hard for themselves and their future, Teenagers nowadays can't handle anxiety and depression very well which leads to suicide.

I think the main problem is social media. If they didn't spend that much time online they would have rather more interesting life without the pathos!

Teenage years are a serious test for the child and his parents. Adolescents often argue with their parents, they are trying to achieve greater autonomy and minimum control by adults. This is a natural step, however, parents in this period have to face disrespect for themselves.

Great points. I think there is a long list in terms of things that gives teens problems. But, I think most of it start with themselves and how they deal with different things in life. Although I think that it is actually normal to have some confusion and being indecisive about so many things because it's a phase in their lives that they are truly like that. However, when a teen has no support group that might help them through the time times they might rebel and have a more different upbrining.

Aside from those who grew up in a terrible neighborhood filled with crime or a broken family, I think most teenagers often make their own problems. They do drugs and party all the time like wild animals; like they don't have any parents. Why I say this coz in nowadays wherever you go very seldom teenagers are looking and wants to strive life lesson. In my opinion the biggest problems of teenagers nowadays is the lack of true motivation to achieve something great in this world. As our society is kind of overly saturated with everything there is no need for teenagers to achieve something by themselves. Add to this the superficial attitude that most teens nowadays can call their own, caused by social media etc, and you have the problems of our teens today.

They lack thinking - I'm not sure what their problem is - something like a difference between their bodies growing and their psyche remaining like that of a child.

Puberty is the most critical part of growing up. Teenagers tend to be more aggressive and very quick to decide without thinking. In this stage they tend to become rebellious due to some bad influence. Their biggest problem that they are facing is the pressure from the environment. Pressure from their parents, pressure from their friends and pressure from their school.

One of the biggest problem of a teenager nowadays is money why money because if they don't have money they can't what they want.

 A common concern that all teenagers face is of drinking and smoking. If the teenagers are found drinking and smoking they must be dealt with sensitively. As a parent you must be aware that your child will drink and smoke as this is normal. However, if they are into too much of these then you must take action and deal with the problem. You can also send them to a rehabilitation centre. The teenagers may feel the need to smoke and drink due to the pressure that they are in from their friends and peers.

Probably the same problem that has always affected teenagers. Immaturity in a brand new world to them, while not realizing how lacking they are.

Biggest problem teenagers are facing nowadays is their environment, I mean everything that is surrounding them, specially technologies. Real interactions between a human to another human nowadays is so different from before.

Hello,i think the problems of teenagers are based more on the environment through which the person grew because I believe so well that the environment in which one is found can define the person,using myself as an instance the place where our house was situated is not something to talk good of because there were so many vices tolds among the youth of that environment owing to that it now affected the teens around because most of these youth have younger ones which are looking at their actions and thinking thats the best life to live,anyways what i can say is that the problem mostly faced by teens are commonly Smoking,taking of hard drugs and thuggery etc.

in my opinion is a crisis of trust and starts from the crisis of affection of parents to their children to impact on moral and educational crises, today's teenagers tend to get bored easily and despair because of lack of support from the parties around him. all those teenage problems they put on social media to become individuals, without thinking far into the future.

There is a big problem for teenagers when it comes to addiction and I not only mean addiction to drugs or alcohol, many teenagers are addicted to their smartphones and that is bad for their minds and their development.

When I was a youth I faced my biggest problem with failure. When I failed my exam When I failed to reach the standard of my family and then they will hate me for doing something that is not right for them. Failing makes me feel depressed. My mental capabilities have started to decrease because of all the continuous problem that I have to face every day.Life... It was never easy.It was full of challenges that I have to face.Different challenges that will test my different attitudes but at the end of the day, I learned how to smile and to be strong for myself. I learned that failure is another step that I really have to take to reach my goal. I always remember that yesterday was just a dream, tomorrow will be our vision and today is a gift. In my country the biggest problem of those teenagers is lovelife, in young age they commit in love life instead of focus in their study.

Nowadays, there are only 1-2 kids per family. So they receive a lot of love and attention from their parents. In many of the cases, the kids are brought up like royal family members and this makes them rude and arrogant. It is OK as long as they remain at home. But issues will get created when they start interacting with outsiders.

For me the biggest problem that facing our teenager nowadays, are premarital sex that can lead to early teenage pregancies, drug addiction that can cause teenagers to make invovle in crimes and also abusing the use of social media that can cause cyber crimes.

In my opinion, the biggest problem facing young people today is the lack of ideal, the purpose of life. Young people today live tired, boring, lack of progress. In contrast to passive life too early to work hard and accumulate knowledge. Especially today young people live virtual society too much to become virtual illiterate.

Stagnation, Society without ideals, cultural beacons. Young people come to the world and all thay see - money and sex, sex for money, money for sex. It can be the ideal too (with some nuances), but what about something really important? It's still there, but they have no purpose to search for it. It's sad.

But I have my hopes awakened, when I see active, enlightened young people with fire in their hearts and eyes, with new ideas - if there are such people, there is still hope.

1. First bullying still the biggest problem in teenagers, I still head many school or society bullying was the biggest problem.
2. Lack of dicipline, many teenagers only spent their time in playing video games, they feel they can enjoy their time whole day.
3. Criminal, in young ages still growing their mindset so I can say it was easily affected by the society. They became criminal stealing in mini market or anything that againts laws.
4. Harassment against teenagers, this also still become the biggest problem.
5. Employing minors, we can see in many countries still happen, hiring teenager is not problem when they already 18 years, but if they not yet 18 years is not allowed by laws.

As i notice, teenagers nowadays are all busy looking for love and relationship. And we all know that social media is a great influencer to them. I remember when i was a teen i was having a hard time trying how to be a super saiyan lol

My little brother is a teenager and the only big problem I see is too much video games. I've tried to play Overwatch with him, it is colorful and girl characters are sexy and I think it's done so intentionally so that youngsters get addicted with games. I don't know what to do about it.

Anything in which teenagers feel they need to change themselves when they don't want to or do something they don't want to, yet feel the need to in some way, is a major issue in our society among the youth. It seems to be the foundations of many problems in the world such as riots and statistics. Some of them may want to do this, yes. However some may not and feel intimidated by their peers. So in order to look "cool" or make friends they feel the need to do this.

Youth of today needs to be supervise well by parents or elders. The irony of life is that, those who are the future stakeholders of the society are those who did not care about the future.

Stress is a major problem for teens nowadays. Academic and social pressure is constantly being put on teens. Good grades are expected because you need to get into a good college so you don’t end up on the side of the street. I think that in every generation teens are reckless and a little stupid somtimes. That, naturally, does not make anyone's actions ok.

Then after that, its up to those children to grow up and make mistakes (We all have... some huge... some small..)

Those who have absentee parents are exposed to more unfavorable states of life. The issues that teenagers face today vary but these issues can be dealt with easily if parents and other guardians can understand the symptoms of their problems. Parents need to approach their children, who have been suffering from one or more teenage problems, carefully and in a friendly manner to discuss the problem(s). Many teens feel misunderstood. It is vital that their feelings and thoughts are validated and that the validation comes from their parents.
