Also am I going to need to BIOS flash this to get 700+ speeds since it is a GHZ edition? I have a 650w PSU running 1 x GIGABYTE 7970 and am curious if I will need to upgrade to a 850plus to get both working in same pc rig? I didn't have any problems with them out of the box, but I upgraded to a 1250w unit before I started overclocking.

Additionally, You better to find a way to copy yourself for more as GPU only provides basic start.
