This money is for pump and dumb for me , i don't see it as a good long term investment for the moment.
It looks like there was a dumb since 2 days , and it seems like the pump is preparing .

What do you guy think about it ? it's at 370$ right now

I got 4.8BTG thanks to hard fork.

I'm going to sell it in upcoming next 2 months.

I think it acts just like any other altcoins, pump and dump which is actually normal. But if you want to keep it for a long term investment, it's not that quite bad for me, just wait for a higher price and then let's see. I think it can goes up to $400 in the next few weeks so don't make rush decisions, you can make more profit on it just stand by!  ;)

You think before christmas it can get to 600$+?

With the amount of premined coins (around 200k) Bitcoin Gold will play the pump and dump game throughout its course, never having a stable price. Its pretty disgusting to see a hard forked coin being manipulated by the developers with control over 75 million dollars of the current circulating supply. So this is a coin to complete isolate oneself from, as the pump and dump rituals could be highly unforeseen with the devs having most of the control.

PoW already given the decentralization of the bitcoin itself. And i have no idea about the bitcoin gold fixed the decentralization for what? That doesn't make sense. i just seeing if this one just similar with another shit scam coin. Developer keep huge amount of bitcoin gold that means if that becomes the truth.

One of the BTG founder Xiang Liao, don't not prepare the online broadcast and play some short videos of his dinner in front of 3000+ online audience, and when people tell him to find a quite place and respect the audience, he cursed them and quit the broadcast. That's why I won't invest in such a coin.

More fork coins coming don't see the point in these.

I believe it is a dead coin made only for the purpose of the people who created it.

BTG founder temper strange, but do not respect others, the speech is very uncivilized, it seems very uneducated. In contrast, both BCH and BCD development team, are very gentleman.
I do not believe what the founders of Liaoxiang will have any good news, including the BTG he created.
So, I sold all the free BTG forked on the first day.

The current state of BitcoinGold still seems like a mystery and question mark to me . I also don't see it as a long term investment with such fluctuation in price . If the  fluctuations were positively high then i would've thought of investing . I have already dumped maximum of them and now I've come to know that BitcoinGold is the fifth highest currency . The status always keeps changing . I don't know whether to regret or be happy about it .
Moreover , with some new mining algorithms like POW , equihash it is not being supported widely . I've also been reading the ongoing buzz of BitconGold wallet scams which reached upto some $2million . I think most of us are going to dump it.                             

I have no faith in it, it's pure pump and dump as far as I can see. The developers lost all credibility when they decided to start with private mining where they kept the block rewards for themselves before eventually letting everyone else take part.

Personally, I do not believe in this coin and would not buy it at the current price, there are more worthy options with a good and a story and future, then it seems to me just an empty coin

The B volume of BTH and BTG are getting really low these last 2 days , do you think it's dump ? then soon a pump is coming?

I also don't see any real long term goals and adoption and BTG is totally pump and dump.
But I think now we will see a dump instead of pump. Gold is already high enough and it's time to die.

I don't advice anything. I'm just expressing an opinion.

My opinion about BTG and all similar forks is that they are pump and dump schemes without real life adoption.

Will you sell it or keep it is totally up to you.

This is a pretty young crypto, a fork, and it still depends on many other currencies and even on a rate of Bitcoin. It will have ups and downs for a long time, and I do not think it will be stabilized at least for 4-5 months.

I have placed a sell order. Why should I keep a coin I cant see the future of it.

I think that big dump at the whole market is possible in few days or weeks. May be when BTC correction will happen many investors and traders will move their funds to bitcoin gold as well as bitcoin cash... who knows.

Correction in the bitcoin ecosystem is done already. It is almost $10K again. I don't think that investors are moving their funds to bitcoin gold. The last correction in bitcoin market was due to the fact that people are just cashing it out and not moving their funds somewhere else. This is evident because altcoins didn't gain when bitcoin went down a 2x in couple of days.

I'm sure that bitcoin gold could be pump and pump hard, but not this time. Wrong timing to pump it because all money are into bitcoin market right now. Maybe before Christmas we will see some pump, but I could be wrong.

bitcoin gold recently had a pump so don't get your hopes up for any kind of pump any time soon. it is keeping the price up pretty nicely which shows the dump part is also done.
the $370 which OP mentioned can be reached only when bitcoin price rises and BTG drops less than it should against bitcoin. which is possible and happens to most altcoins. that is partly how ETH went up.

the pump will come later and when it comes it won't be a tiny rise it will be a big one to 0.1BTC range like how bitcoin cash was pumped.

Like all the other alts including forks it will have a pump again sure. Probably it will be not as big as it was in November. Suppose it might cost more than now and reach $400 or even a bit more in winter, 2018.

bitcoin gold does not yet pump and I think soon bitcoin gold will reach the highest price like what bitcoin cash reach. for some people, they think that bitcoin gold is another good investment and I see they buy bitcoin gold just in case the price increases. but yesterday when bitcoin gold is launch, many people get free coins and they sell with fast to make free money.

It is clearly just only a pump and dump, so get into that only if in pure gamble mood.

Nowadays many people are waiting for a big pump from bitcoin gold. Even they are witing 2x in 1 month. I also invested in BTG. We will see.

It does not mean a pump, even this price. Yes, Bitcoin gold turns to be a really cool altcoin. Since the trades started it is only growing ( I do not take into account November, 30, when all coins had the greatest fall). Maybe we underestimated this crypto.

It is not necessary to give a negative evaluation of coins that have separated from bitcoins so quickly. This requires a certain amount of time. It is necessary that potential investors appreciate the advantages and benefits of bitcoin gold, and then the market will show the required coin or useless.

BTG had some nice support past week.
Breakout is comming. Bought some BTG & set a target ~450 USD for this coin
