Guys is there any way how to keep our metabolism work to help burn a lot of fats ?

Yes exercise more and do so regularly. Also read up on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

Start fasting every day in my opinon. That's what I do every single day and I burned a lot of fat.

You can't burn fat if you don't do any exercises, don't be silly and go to the gym.

There is no such way, these are all commercial myths about metabolism. The only way to lose weight is a calorie deficit. Less to eat, more to work with.

It's important to keep your body active. Do sports or jog once in a while

Go for a balanced and planned diet and a fitful healthy workout on daily basis!
