The HullCoin coin will be released on the blockchain, and citizens will earn it doing socially useful work — helping retired people, providing leisure for children or simply quitting smoking.

So yes, please share some links and let us have a look. I can only find regular news, but not the actual website (maybe if someone knows the Hull local administration?).
Free pies and tax breaks may be funny now but I totally get how meaningful it can be to a lot of people. I'll definitely throw my support behind it, if it really is about charity. Too much ugly business in ICOs and cryptos now. Projects like these must be lifted, give the crypto reputation a little bit of revival. They could open this project to a wider area where it was for the world or a country that would be much better than just for a city.
