Lion token is claim for some part of a building? Thus, will LION token generate some profit (via rent)? How Lion token is expected to gain value?  And how the token holder is protected (for instance the owner in real world will sell it or take a credit and so on)

Yes, gathered funds will be spent for the purchase of a large premise in the modern business center class A in very good location of the city, its repairing and remodeling, dividing it into offices of small and middle size (25-80 sq.m each), getting it furnished. These small and medium size offices will be rent out along with a package of services: telephone line, internet, possibility to use IT technician, secretaries, kitchen, meeting rooms, MFP and so on. Plus it will be a working rental business model that will be attractive for purchasers. All these should make the capitalization of token grow.

Concerning the protection of token holder. Surely the tokens could be sold on the certain stage of the project but we are going to give more protection. In comparison of many other ICO projects we would like to issue tokens backed with preferred shares of legal entity what will give investors a legal connection between the invested funds and the asset. In our opinion the absence of such connection arouse distrust among investors and gives some light-fingers possibility to cheat people. Blockchain instrument will be used as well. So the investor will receive tokens and the shares.
