Hello,

I am unable to access my blockchain wallet homepage, when i login it displays a page which says Welcome to your Blockchain Wallet and it shows features and when i click on the Continue Button to exit the page logs out and redirects back to Blockchain homepage

Please what could be the issue? Thank you

Most likely: empty your browser cache/cookies. You can easily test if this is the cause by opening the site in private browsing mode: use your right mouse button on the above link, then select "open in New Private Window". Or press CTRL-SHIFT-P in Firefox or CTRL-SHIFT-N in Chrome.

Yes i am using the new link and i have both cleared browser cache/cookies with New private Window but the same problem is still happening.

I dont know what is actually the cause.

Are you getting a link sent to your email which you have to click to verify the browser? If so you could be clicking on an onion one which will not let you access the wallet.

I also have the 17 word backup passphrase, can i use it on any wallet to recover my coins?

I had a little bit different but similar problem. I created wallet, was able to login at first and didn't use for 1 month, then decided to return back on this blockchain wallet. However everything seemed ok, I received confirmation email but was unable to log in, didn't write to support because don't had any money and created new one, this last one works pretty well, never had any problem.
If you had bitcoins on it, try that 17 word backup or contact support. But if you don't had btc, then create new one and see if you will be able to login without problems for 2 week to prevent further problems.

Yes i have about 0.005 BTC on the wallet and the 17 word backup phrase is not working on blockchain when trying to recover a wallet it asks for 12 word. I am just confused and dont know what to do

Please can i be able to recover my coins? Thanks.

Try this one if it will work for you since you have a 17 word recovery passphrase. https://blockchain.info/wallet/recover-wallet

I have tried https://blockchain.info/wallet/recover-wallet, and entered my 17 word passpharse but it displays just my identifier and my password, i already have the details before. Can I know the 12 words passphrase from the 17 words mnemonics?

No, once you change your recovery seed or shuffled it then it will generate new set of address, if you're trying to make 12-word ourlt of your 17 word seed, nay I know if when did you created this wallet? And when your last login on your account? Since AFAIK 17 word seed are came from 3-4 years ago of blockchain wallet.

its looks like different link so i just posted here and put your 17 words don't click the hd wallet recovery because its only 12 word seeds..
And hope you can recover your wallet..
If ever didn't work the only way that i think could help you is to contact the support of blockchain since you had your backup..

Also would like to ask if you already  tried to change your browser or try to other device or computer if its working or not maybe its only in your computer that is why you couldn't login..

If you already tried to delete cookies and cache, and it didn't helped, maybe try to access blockchain.info using other browser or device. If you can, maybe try to login by using mobile internet on your phone.
If any of these things didn't helped, try to contact Blockchain.info support.

I created the wallet since 2013 and used it until 2014 that was last time i accessed it. I have other several i created then and recently i tried them and was able to login without any issues excelpt only this one wallet seems strange to me.

I have tried the link provided but when i put the 17 word passphrase it just shows my login identifier and password
, Also i have tried to login on my mobile phone (IOS) but it displays Creating V3 Wallet and it stays like that without any further action.
However i have contact blockchain today, i hope they are able to do something about my account.

Maybe try anothee browser or another wallet. I have sometimes issues with some mini browsers for mobile device.
Another wallet: It should be not difficult to import seed to another wallet like electrum or mycelium. But I don't know wich one supports 17w.

Can someone please advise, I have been unable to access my blockchain wallet, when i login it displays Welcome to your blockchain and when i click on the Continue button, the page logs out and redirects to blockchain homepage, I have funds in the wallet which i really need and the 17 word passphrase, I have emailed blockchain countless time but they seem not to figure out the issue, and recently thier support dont reply anymore. I dont know what else to do. Its there any wallet which supports 17 word passphrase so i can access the funds in my wallet?
