I will tell you the problems about Baikal miners.
Actually, there is no any problem on Baikal miners but I see some problems.
Well if you have any similiar problem, there is no any solution. The Baikal maybe find a solution.

I didnt see any problem on the Baikal Mini miners.
I didnt see any problem on the Baikal Cube Miners.

There is only one problem of Baikal A2000 Giant+ Miners.

Baikal A2000 Giant+ has two board.
I have received the miner. One of the boards has a strange problem after one week.
It shows 12 chips instead of 24 chips.
No blue and no green light. Only red light is on.
And no submitted shares and I dont see it on the pool.
By the way, I see this problem only on a miner. There is no any other Baikal miner with this problem.

I tried to find solution but no any solution.
So, I have requested its firmware from Baikal. And I did everything correctly.
But there was a problem.

Baikal sent me 4 mcu, I have changed the mcu at two times.
The same problem. Nothing do to be done.
There is no solution.
If you have the same problem, just send your miner to Baikal.
I think, they will find a solution.
We cannot find a solution by ourselves.

I sent the board to Baikal. I paid 55 USD for the shipping.
Baikal repaired the board for free. I paid 55 USD for the shipping.
Total cost: 110 USD

Baikal didnt request money for the repair. it s so good.
If you have this trouble, just send the board to the Baikal.
If your miner is in the warranty period, you will not pay for the repair.

Baikal +10

I see two of Baikal X10 has chip error.
Two Baikal X10 shows lower chip than the usual. All of the other Baikal X10 are perfect.
Baikal X10 has 3 boards. Each board has 64 chips.
There is no solution yet. Talking to Baikal team to find a solution.
I have bought many minerd for 13 months from Baikal team.
They try to help me when I have any problem.
I believe they will find a solution. At least, they will do some discount n the next order.
Baikal works hard. If you have any technical problem with Baikal miners, Just write here and we can try to find a solution together.

I have realised the fan is broken/damaged when I recieved my miner.
I think the problem was from the customs. I think they dropped the miner and broke the fan.
Bacause the package was very good for international shipping.
Baikal team makes really good packages.

It happened only one time and it was Giant+. I took the pictures and send them to Baikal.
Baikal sent me a brand-new fan. And I didnt pay for the new fan.
Baikal takes care of their customers.

I believe they makes discount. For example: I paid 14000 USD for two Baikal Giant+ A2000.
After one week, the profitability dropped immediately and Baikal change the miner's price.
When I made a new order, They give me more discounted price to me.
Not so much but I paid lower than the other customers.
When you think the big picture, We earn money from their miners.

I'm looking to buy Baikal Giant a900 and Giant+ if anyone wants to sell any

Only problem I recall having with a baikal miner is when mining on nicehash it would sometimes just stop mining and I'd have to go hard reboot it. that was with an a900 giant and they may have fixed it with a firmware update

No any solution for X10 yet.
I sent the board of Giant+ to Baikal.

I had the same problem with my x10, I have updated the firmware and set the static IP. after that, problem solved.

Which firmware ? I dont think Baikal released any firmware so far.
They only gave OrangePiZero image. Where did you download the firmware for the boards ?

not a month. they fixed my A2000 fastly.

I own baikal X10.

After turning on the power for a while, the green lamp turns off, the blue lamp flashes,even if I try to open it from the browser it will be Miner down.

Even if you press "Cgminer softu reset", the error message "Miner: 111 Connection refused" will be displayed.


Do you know how to solve this error?

I have a baikal giant x10 that shows no devices running on the ip page and the blue lights never come on or blink.. only the red ones.. anyone fix this redoing the pi image?

it is not related with Orange Pi.
Just send it to the Baikal. They will repair it.

I have an Baikal Giant X10 with a strange problem.

My Fan stop working so in my troubleshooting process I find that when the controller board is connected to the hashboards the fan doesn't turn on.
If I connect the fan to a board and put power to that hasboard the fan comes on. Everything else works ok, web interface Ok, connect to haspool OK,  but it gets hot because fan is not working. I turn it off now but looking to solve the problem with the fan.

Anyone have any idea on what can be the problem?

bought baikal x10 on ebay. so problem i have is I lose connection and cant log in to it using browser. miner flashing blue red lights. any idea why? happens randomly

change the orange pi zero. it will help
