Same transaction at two different block explorers:

The transaction is only visible at blockchain.info; how is this possible? What will happend to the funds?

Did you make that transaction from blockchain.info's own wallet?

I guess this just means that, since the transaction is still unconfirmed, it hasn't left blockchain.info's wallet yet and is still not on the mempool which means only the blockchain.info explorer can see it and nothing else. Did you send 0.0041168 BTC?
Im not sure how blockchain.info deals with fees, but you must wait for it to confirm I guess, if it doesn't confirm you will get your money back I assume.

I think its normal they have a different requirements and Explorer only shows if the transaction is inside the mempool, Nodes can choose any transaction that they wanted to add in their mempool based on their miners fee. Also i think miners fee is also the reason why its no appearing in blocktrail..
If your priority is low expect that it won't show in other explorer.

Ive seen this happen several times. After one confirmation it will appear on blocktrail. Blockchain.info wallet has been having some minor issues due to recent upgrades and integration.
