500GH = 300 chips = 300 jala, some question why they care about jala pre-orders instead a few 1500Gh 500Gh mining rig customers  ;D 1500Gh = 900 Chips :o

You can get over 1000 GH from KncMiner for 22k, and would likely receive your mining equipment from them sooner as well.

Anyone who places an order for a 500 GH miner from BFL right now hasn't done their homework.

Though shipping obviously is a total X-factor I actually wouldn't be that surprised if a 500 gh/s miner from BFL could be a dark horse if they keep their 1/3 shipping plan. Chances are that a minirig, based on how few orders they currently have 'could' snip within 2-3 months and at least still have positive expected value and ROI. That said - HUGE GAMBLE.

I think the queue is not fully clear yet. The 20 thousand orders awaiting is the problem, also the 500G posted now, is serious shit found on here as the design will be outdated if Kncminer succeeds to beam the first 4 modules out on or before 30 september 2013. Don't just notice number as number does not mention all. Also ASIC companies, we should be very cautious as there is something masked.

Wow optomistic much? KNC hasnt shipped a thing but you guys sure are sure they will deliver. Will be interesting to se if they can come through. Im betting no, literally .

So what? BFL took my money more than 12 months ago and hasn't shipped anything to me and refused a refund.

Which would you pick:

A company that has consistently mislead it's customers, not kept a single promise, and screwed them over time and time again for over a year.

Or a company that has made it clear that they will under-promise and over-deliver and seem to be doing exactly that so far.


KNC will deliver before a 500 GH/s BFL miner ordered today. There is no doubt in my mind.

BFL said they would clear their years work of pre-orders (65,000 orders or so) in 90 days. It's been well over 30 days and they've shipped just 2 1/2 months of jalapenos and a handful of singles (maybe 2 or 3 weeks worth?). They have a LONG way to go.

Oh look another pre-order.

Aren't they still not through their first day of preorders dating back to 2012?

I'm all for positive thinking, but Id still go with any company that already has chips. If anything i'd probably be more optimistic about the bitfury/metabank asic miner. Even metabank is giving october date for their complete miner. i just don't believe in knc's timeframe.

Given their past history and actions, only a fool would place a new order with BFL right now.

KncMiner still has the opportunity to become a great Bitcoin company, but we'll find out how they do in September...

Many Single orders placed in the first hour of opening a year ago, haven't shipped yet.

IMO  there are are lot of new asic miner due in october
any of current suppliers means taking a risk and will not be delivered till october at best.
so the best plan may be to to nothing - and see what happens - then make a desicion - it possible with all these miners suppliers come on line and that price of hardware will drop .
