Title: cryptsy down again?
Post by: viboracecata on July 01, 2013, 11:43:52 AM
When I try to connect to the server, the following message displayed:

www.cryptsy.com
owner has denied your access to the site.

Incident ID 84000040554032685-1146486793199419463

what happened? or my IP just had just been banned?

Also it's been impossible to withdraw Bitcoin...or any other coins for that matter I believe.  That exchange is a joke.

I just withdrew several different coins for unrelated reasons to this post.  It works fine for me.

Folks will get much better results submitting a trouble ticket rather than waiting for me to read your concerns here.

Yeah, I had that problem as well. Filed a ticket, and it was resolved in 12 hours. Still, 12 hours to get my coins sent? Not a happy camper. And the API hasn't worked for a week. No movement on that ticket in a few days now, although BitJohn just said he'd take a look at it now, so fingers crossed.

I added a note to your ticket and apologize for the delay in your previous issue. Hopefully you should be hearing back from Vern on your API question very soon.

Thanks. I appreciate it. Not having access to the API has crippled my trading bot for a week now so I'd really like to get this resolved.

Gosh, how can I compose a ticket since I even can not open a page?

And it's resolved. It took a few days to get to the bottom of it but they gave me a work around and and I'm a satisfied customer. Thank you very much! :)
