In your case, you are restricted from posting pictures. You'll need to be at least Jr. Member to be able to post pictures. The higher the rank, the more privilege you can have. Like having an avatar when you reach Full Member. Yes and I find it hard to understand. It seems it's not that easy giving away free money after all. People can see the odds of winning just by looking at the amount of followers we have.
