I was here almost 3 years no one told me that generator but i heard that it use for brainwallet so i think it could be safe since its from keybase.io a well known site that i always  seen here in forum..
Also its posted by moderator of this forum that you can found here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1162593.0

It's safe if you use a strong password and the optional salt. It's basically a better version of the traditional brain wallet.

They even created some public challenges to test the safety of their warp wallet, which includes a reward of 20BTC and remain unsolved.

Just pick a really good password - many random words, for example - and never use it for anything else.

I forked and improved the warp wallet implementation with it generating additional coins. You can try it here:

https://xcubicle.github.io/memorypaperwallet/

It generates Bitcoin segwit, Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, and Ardor. Obviously don't ever put your life savings on these as they are meant for small amounts. Get a hardware wallet for larger amounts.
