I cannot provide proofs so badly but no worries all cards are purchased legally and I provide an order id after your purchase in case that the code given was invalid which rarely happens then you can ask for either a refund or another card and yes I can totally use any escrow from the forum as long as you pay for the fees.

I do not think he is legit, He couldn't even sort out the issue even it is passed 3 days. Better not to deal with him. Even someone needs to take the risk at least use escrow.
