Most of the people hate noise, because it is distracting and unnecessary. Get some ear buds to block em noise!

I dont care about it. I live in a big city and it doesnt bother me.

Usually I fall asleep without any problems. I need only minute or two. But sometimes noise at 3 a.m. makes me angry..

I live in a very crowded area and I'm surrounded by noise on daily basis and it sucks!  >:(

You're not the only one who hates loud music or noise when taking a rest or when sleeping, me too.

Try a white, grey or pink noise generator with headphones as a quick method to obfuscate distracting sounds.

Yeah, I always hated it when my mother listens to radio in the morning with volume so loud.

I lived in Taipei, an an apartment I had was right next to a busy road. All day and night I'd hear damn scooters go by. Drove me insane.

As an introvert, yes. Indeed. I love silence, it is my safe haven

i can't sleep with noise either , a good sleep is a must for me to wake up better next day , have u asked him to volume it down?

I used to live with a deaf old person below me.  She would fall asleep with the TV going full blast, I remember one night it was elections and we could hear the results coming in clearly lying in bed at 3am.

I's terrible, and not only during the night.
It's impossible for me to stay somewhere if there is loud music :(

The best solution is to live in your home. And neighbors are really unbearable.

Yeah i hate noises too. Especially when im studying or trying to sleep. Very annoying. Especially the boom boom of stereo or sound of people walking above on roof. I think they must be deaf or ignorant

But for those for having the noise's pollution, i feell sorry for you. I cant even stand that as well.

Music is good but when the sound gets totally distructing you must make your neighbors keep quiet or maybe tell it your place that they are making bad noise. I think it is not only you hearing them. I am sure you have a police there or maybe something captain or anything that can make them stop.

Ugh, I hate noise pollution.   I really avoid cities and large areas because I don't like the overwhelming noises.

I'm also including people who doesn't like the noise pollution especially caused by motorcycles which sound very loud.

I also dont like it when neighbors get so noisy early in the morning. Kids crying and shouting. And the problem is i cant do anything about it because we are just staying with the in laws. TSK!

If you hate noise pollution, you better move to the countryside or to small villages. Where are you located right now?

I feel your pain mate. I haven't had a good night's sleep in years - apart from the occasional trips back to France or out in the English countryside. So far, I think the US has the worst noise pollution of anywhere I've been.

this noise can not escape, the era of new technologies, everywhere all the noise and buzzing, yeah I hate sometimes, but maybe I live in a rural area I'm glad we have silence) occasionally a plane will fly))

I hate that too especially when i am about to sleep but i can't sleep due to some noise that i heard outside.

Noise pollution is becoming more and more popular nowadays. I think you have to overcome it.

I hate noise pollution also too. I am living in a big city and in a crowded apartment, so I'm suffering from this too.

people are disrespectful to others.

I used to live in pretty quite house during my childhood but I had to move in Big city to study in the university. This is something I never managed to live by. When you are used to hear only birds, and now you should live in apartment with crazy neighbors starting their washing machine at 2 at night it is challenging.

I also hate noise, if a music is too loud , the person who is causing the noise pollution can be called to order and let him or her knows that it is a noise pollution.And hence should adjust the music to a bearable volume.Living in residence have their laws as it relates to every individual that lives in such environment, are  to keep to the law of the tenancy agreement. Why, if every tenant begins to  cause noise pollution, how will the compound turnout to be

Looks like you have to pay your neighbour a visit. In most western countries acting loud is a misdemeanor, I'm sure you can get more information at your local government authority.

I can relate with you. I am a person that really hates noise pollution, especially when I need to focus on my school-related activities at home. I am a law student so I read a lot of cases, and laws. Most cases tend to be long so it really takes me time to fully comprehend everything.

I am urging everyone to please learn to respect your neighbors. A little decrease in volume will not affect your enjoyment of the music anyway right?

I agree, there are some cases where you will even be forced to wear stuff that would help minimize the noise such as earphones and earplugs. When my neighbor's music gets annoyingly loud, I usually adjust myself and just wear earphones or headphones to minimize the noise and listen to my own preferred music.
