Title: STR/XLM Stuck! Poloniex. Need Advise Post by: kritment on November 28, 2017, 09:10:03 PM Hey Guys, Really frustrated not sure what to do here. I bought some STR (XLM) with my hard earned money, I had to live off dimes to save money so I could buy this. Can someone please help me? I had some STR on sell order, then I cancelled the order and decided to withdraw it. When I go to withdraw page it says i have STR but it is on order. Which is quite weird as I cancelled my sell order. Can anyone give me some advise to what to do?

The issue is I cannot see anything in open orders to cancel. I was told they have loaned the funds out. Not sure why they would do that without my permission but glad i got it. Thanks to the angel at Polo who saw my post and did something about this ticket. |
