Very interested to see how your reports are on Poloniex buys. I buy only on signals with my bot and currently using Coindicator, which has done great, but willing to buy a second signal if I can see the performance charts. Also, I'm trying to access your site to look for past performance charts and I get a 403 error. This is at http://www.mininghamster.com/.

Title: Re: [SIGNALS] MiningHamster Signals - Cryptocurrency signalling service Post by: danquc on April 22, 2018, 11:48:24 AM Hi there,
I am new to your service and have some questions i would like to ask. I have set up cryptohopper wth mininghamster signals a few days ago. My first trade closed successfully at 2.7% profit. My second one however, today's ADX trade, is currently 21% down. I noticed that the trade was opened at 12:08 AEST, right after the 90% pump of ADX and the order was filled at 0.00015623 sats. My question is, why was it opened as the price was plummeting, into a huge red candle? Admittedly, I am not an experienced trader, but I have learned not to catch a falling knife quite early on. All indicators at the time pointed to sell, not buy. I'm just wondering if you can provide some kind of clarification as to why this trade was opened at that time, and what I can do with my Cryptohopper settings to avoid this kind of situation is the future. A 21% deficit in a day is devastating to say the least, and I am not placing any blame on anyone, but I would however, like to not repeat this scenario ever again. Your time is appreciated. Title: Re: [SIGNALS] MiningHamster Signals - Cryptocurrency signalling service Post by: MiningHamster on April 22, 2018, 04:39:18 PM Hello,
yes.. ADX was the first signal after 120 signals in a row that ends high negative! There is no 100% chance for profit in crypto, but as you see in the past, its about 95%! We are sorry for that, and our engine also learns from negative signals. We are monitoring more then 700 markets! In that case we check what happend with that signal, what was the reason! There was a reason to send it, but something has changed. So what we do ? We have a lot of stats from the time this signal was sendet and we optimize it that this cannot be happen in future! Yours hamster! Title: Re: [SIGNALS] MiningHamster Signals - Cryptocurrency signalling service Post by: danquc on April 22, 2018, 08:20:19 PM So are there any settings that you recommend for me in crypohopper to minimise the risk of this recurring?

I am a subscriber and its a great service, but its pretty difficult to ask questions or get a response from you. There is no email on the site. There is a contact page, but (on my pc anyway) the recapacha does not display properly so it is not possible to submit anything to the page. Not only that but the page forces silly choices like "I have paid but my account doesn't work" - its much better just to let people explain! Apart from reporting the recacha problem above I have 2 questions. 1) I just brought a 3 month subscription. Before I paid I had 2 days left of my old subscription. Now after paying it says 2 months, 29 days, 22 hours 50 min, it should say 3 Months 2 days etc, you should add on the old time remaining! If you don't do this you encorage everyone to renew at the last moment, then people will quite rightly complain of a gap in the service! 2) I notice the history and trades are generally accurate, but there are some exceptions. I think I succeeded in posting this to you before. The symptom is that some signals show no change in price after the buy signal for several hours and are then sold with minimal change in price (which comes out as a small loss or gain) but in fact the coin price appears disconnected from reality and the price has dropped resulting in a substantial loss. This only occurs on a few coins. These substantial losses Please keep up the good service! |
