(I was doing BitInstant but what's the deal with shutting off access for Massachussetts all of a sudden?)

People are also slightly sketched out about using Paypal as it leads to an annoying string of potential reversals and PP freezing accounts. You might have more luck trying with Amazong GC's or Moneypak, if possible.
