With HK bank account but no HK ID. I know you guys are experts here, welcome all suggestions, pls throw in your thoughts!

There are even some of them sending bitcoins to people in other countries, to exchange the bitcoins for them. Using traditional remittance services to receive the fiat. <cash>

Some of these Chinese traders especially those whales have international bank accounts so they are free to trade on international exchanges like Binance which is Chinese but operating in Japan.
