some government like us and canada see the potentiality of btc when it comes to commerce and trade especially when dealing with other country or region..that is why they accept btc..government will accept btc if they have knowledge of it..some will do some if they have power or control over it but that is the wonder of btc government have no power over it so they cannot put tax over it and that is why they don't legalize btc..btc will not replace local currency but I do hope so but btc will help local currency when it comes to trade and commerce..

Some governments (a minority) understand that banning innovative technology hurts the society and the leaders to a degree. Japan for example has had a stagnant economy in which repressing technology and innovation would be counterproductive. Regardless, no national entity can stop bitcoin and the blockchain revolution it has spawned in the long run.

The bitcoin will help to rise the economy level of their country people so they decided to legalize them in their country. But bitcoins have advantages and disadvantages, anyone can use bitcoin for the illegal activities easily and no one can trace that transaction so it may fill their country with crimes so some countries banned it.
So government need to make rules for using the bitcoin before legalizing them then it will stop them from the illegal activities.

In some countries, governments have legalised bitcoin at first seen while some like belarus may have understood its potential and dedided to make it free from restrictions.
Bitcoin can benifit a country by many aspects but in common, they would be benifitted by implement tax on it.

I think for a country that legalize bitcoin must have thought about what bitcoin is and how it effects to that country. and my estimate is that the country would benefit from legalizing bitcoin.

because there is nothing wrong with bitcoin and legalizing it. many countries have already done it and also adopted bitcoin. people want bitcoin and it is best to legalize it rather than making it illegal and have people still continue using it.
besides adopting bitcoin helps with creating new jobs, helping the economy too.

When you see the source of money you'll also see the government eyeing in it. Then legalization and taxations come to follow. And I hope they'll use those taxes for the better. Because sometimes it can root to corruption.

Thank you for answers. I understood that legolisation has two different points: good and bad. Bad: After that people will pay one more tax, good: I guess exchanging operations will be simpler.

In my personal opinion goverments are intrested on legalizing bitcoin, because they can start taxing from it after all of the rules are accepted. So it's better to stay at the current position where goverments are not intrested on legalizing it, it would be better for people who are using the cryptocurrencies and transferring on platform without paying for transactions

You have your point too. Some countries have been legalized bitcoin because they have seen it to have much potentials in minimizing the economic crisis. But if this happens, they will also get the chance to impose taxes on bitcoin community so it would not bring any good for us since we are used to live here in a decentralized system.
