With the foundation wallet being public now, there would be no way to keep and distribute the generated coins. So you would have to reprogram the wallet software and block chain to generate coins into a new foundation wallet. This means everyone would have to upgrade their wallets to your version, which is unlikely. I know I won't do it. So you're going to have to hard fork. Well if you hard fork you're creating a new coin, so why would you bother with GRE and not just make a new coin?
If you're serious use Chris's model and just make a new coin. Perhaps CO2 coin, like Chris had tried when GREv1 was floundering. Glad to see a project is being launched. I do have large concerns however with the current foundation address being public. I think a better implementation would be to start an all new coin which can have the basis of what was there before. But instead build upon it.
