It's hard to trust individuals now a days without a big name/rep in the community for such large platforms when dealing with some sort of bitcoin storage. No offense or attack on your brand. I am assuming you are all good. However, what is the reason you only posted 35 times for this long of a period?

First unique feature is STOP LIMIT ORDER
any trader who actively trade world markets (futures, options, stocks, etc... )  know trading without this order is almost impossible

this order you can use for position entry or protection exit

how it works ?

A Stop-limit order will be executed at a specified price (or better) after a given stop price (trigger) has been reached. Once the stop price
is reached, the Stop-limit order becomes a Limit order to buy (or sell) at the limit price or better. The primary benefit of a Stop-limit order
is that the trader has precise control over when the order should be filled. The downside, as with all limit orders, is that the trade is not
guaranteed to be executed if the Bitcoin price does not reach the stop price.

For example, let's assume that Bitcoin is trading at $120 and an investor wants to buy it once it begins to show some serious upward
momentum. The investor has put in a Stop-limit order to buy with the stop price at $130 and the limit price at $131. If the price of Bitcoin
moves above $130 stop price, the order is activated and turns into a $131 limit order. As long as the order can be filled under $131 (the
limit price), then the trade will be filled. If the Bitcoin gaps above $131, the order will not be filled. Same is if investor wants to protect himself from sudden Bitcoin price drop, or limit trade loss. So if current Bitcoin price is $120, and investor wants to protect himself from sudden price drop below $110, he put in SELL STOP-LIMIT order where $110 is stop (trigger), and let's say $109 limit price. If price come to $110, Stop-limit order will be executed, and SELL LIMIT $109 order sent in trade book. Because current price is $110, and your limit is $109, it is likely that your order will be filled. However, if the Bitcoin price gaps down below $109, the order will not be filled.

SEPA is not UK Standard Transfer (it only supports EUR not GBP).

Before withdraw bitcoin(not bank wire) from bitkonan,
Do bitkonan require some ID documents or(and) interval days?

Our bank charge 0.12% fee for international bank wire deposits, minimum fee is 10 USD. In addition to this, for wire transfer from UK you will have to pay fee which your bank is charging for such services (depends from one bank to another).
Furthermore, your account will be credited in USD by our bank daily exchange rate. Today rate, 1 GBP = 1.488535 USD.

there are fees for withdraw usd from bitkonan to  european bank with sepa (if yes how much?)

We don't require ID documents for USD withdrawals.

USD withdraw requests we process same day, to receive funds on your account usualy takes 2-5 days (depending from bank to bank).

Withdraw fee is 0,15%, minimum 20 USD. This fee is same for all fund withdrawals, including european banks within sepa zone.

I live in the EU, is it possible to Withdraw to EU bank via SEPA or something?

Since our bank don't charge any fee for domestic withdrawals in KN, we don't charge any fee as well. It's free of charge.
However, if domestic client (resident of Croatia) request withdrawal in any other currency except KN, we have to apply same fee as for any other foreign client (0,15%, minimum 20 USD).

In Croatian:
Budući da naša banka ne uzima nikakve naknade za isplate u KN, mi također ne naplaćujemo nikakvu naknadu. Ta usluga je besplatna.
Međutim, ukoliko domaći klijent (stanovnik HR) zatraži isplatu u bilo kojoj drugoj valuti osim KN, moramo naplatiti istu naknadu kao i za bilo kojeg klijenta iz inozemstva (0,15%, minimum 20 USD).

Although Croatia is joined member of SEPA zone and member of EU, real benefits (low fee) are not visible unless country is not part of EURO zone and Croatia isn't. That's why we use only bank wire transfers with fees expained above (0,15%, minimum 20 USD)

although we appreciate good work, effort and honesty behind this processors, we think they can be shout down, like other popular payment processors in near past , and our ( user ) funds can stuck there .

Anyone using this service?

I would really like to use it but not one person has given any feedback on here.

I used it and it works. Went to bank in front of my house around noon 2 hours later money was on my acc it took me 5 days to buy 5 BTC but i got them @170 so nice profit. And few things on site still need some work but it's cosmetic.

I have been a customer of Bitkonan for some months.
I deposited some bitcoins, sold them, bought back a few and withdrew them, without problems.
A few days ago, I decided to SEPA wire transfer some fiat and asked the amount to be exchanged from USDs to euros and sent. The transaction was executed on the same day. There is a minimum fee to pay (20 usds) and the exchange rate of their Bank isn't friendly (about 2% above market), but the euros arrived with no problems.
It's a pity also that they don't accept other means of deposit/withdraw fiat, like PerfectMoney or Egopay.
But they respect the privacy of their customers and don't start asking for personal documents.

Any news on Litecoin integration?

This is a great platform, I've been using it for a few months now.

Bitkonan finally up. Maybe a timely notice that the maintenance will be prolonged wouldn't be a bad idea. Well it's up and running and also trading LTC now so GJ Bitkonan. But no BTC/LTC trading only Fiat/LTC Fiat/BTC thats too bad.

Can you login? I was locked out with the message "WRONG USERNAME OR PASSWORD" at this time  :-[

Had the same problem. Cleard saved username and pass, cleard history and manualy entered username/pass than worked for me. Try it.

Also now works on mobile.

Now worked on port 443 but port 80 seems to be down.
