It has a couple bumps and scratching, but nothing horrible, and only 4gb of ram, but otherwise meet's your requirements. Ram is cheap and easily upgraded though. I would probably ask for the full 5 btc, but that may differ if we live close or something. Let me know if your interested and I can send you pictures.
