I bet it's a top 3 coin by January 1st. I think it'll keep rising, Evolution, mining pressure and genuine usefulness of instant send.

You are a bit too optimist regarding Dash. I don't think it will ever get the bronze medail. TOP-10 perhaps, but not the very top.

Its funny to see All the other coins dip and Dash rise.
This altcoin is holding its own, doesnt need Bitcoin  ;D

For reals? It can someday make the top 10? Wow that's a huge upgrade from the 5th spot it already occupies!  Seriously though, it will pass Ripple in a few weeks max and BCH before the end of the year.


The reasons why Dash goes up when other coins go down, a lot of investors use it as an escape from BTC crashes. They're aware Bitcoin has pretty dim prospects of being upgraded to be an actual use. They are using it for short term profits, aware that it will result in a panic sell. So Dash is their escape route.

Today it is the only currency capable of rivaling Bitcoin in terms of payment. With mining consuming more and more resources, the POS can be a very positive point in the future of DASH.

Actually I never invested in Dash till now. But it is growing even more compared to Ethereum.

But I don't think this much increase will not continue in future and it will be stabilised at $ 1000 until other potential coins reaches the same price.

Bitcoin ,Ethereum and Steemit are the top 3 coins to invest your cash in if your want a good return. I don't see Dash as a long term profitable coins.

Dash was also one of the alt-coin that I've been watching. Every time i look on it at coinmarketcap the increase is always beyond 20%. I think it can easily reach 1000k before the end of first quarter of the year. We need instant service, or more of we want fast service and Dash is one that can make it possible.

Well let's see. 3 million coins to 17. Them 5 times have less capitalization than the cue ball to be the number 1 at the price

I always see Dash among the top 10 of available Altcoins in the market. But so far I haven't seen any articles or reports that it has taken the top. even top 2. Although statistically speaking, its graph have been on the rise for quite a time.

I don't agree with you.

In order for dash to be in the top 3 it has to gain more x4 in price( 22B market cap for 3rd place( currently taken by Bitcoin Cash)).
I think that Digital Cash is going to be the leader from all the anonymous currencies( XMR Monero, ZEC Zcash, PIVX).

DASH has a serious feature- Master nodes, but it's still far from getting mainstream as it has a very big scaling problem, really hard for the network to handle a large amount of transactions.

Dash team already has a plan regarding scaling issue a while ago, they have clear steps toward to the solution they have in mind.

Maybe yes for you but not for others. I don't have faith with dash any more even has high price and volume, it's just temporary trend. I only see from chart, never listen news or even public opinion and my strategy still give me income. Trade with invest mindset is better, not waste time and fund but has enough income for me. Dash need more time & positive news to survive but I didn't see it. Good luck to you.

Yes there are 50% less dash compared to Bitcoin. ETH is also around 11x more supply than dash. So Dash scores an easy point here. Their marketing budget is also over $4 million dollars per month which is easy enough to kick out the competitors. Basically their fundamentals are quiet strong like instant send and fast confirmations unlike Bitcoin.

What I like about dash is a privacy feature like "private send", which obscures senders and recipients of funds.
I think the dash is like paper money and I'm sure the future will be a lot of e-commerce industry interested and using this altc.

Dash really deserved to be in first top 5 list in the marketcap website. The problem, people don't take it serious sometimes, but it's a great project honestly. I'm sure and I hope dash will exceed those useless bitcoin forks.

Yes, Dash price is more than Ethereum now, and still continue the climb. This is a good sign as usually bitcoin bullish and altcoins bearish.

Bitcoin is the worste gainer all year. Dash has increased 6,500% this year, BTC only 1,100%. Ethereum is also a great investment. Steemit, not sure, I haven't been following it.  Dash has a roadmap that will make it the most reliable and efficient digital currency. Bitcoin has Wall Street pumping it, knowing that it won't be upgraded to be useful. I fear holding BTC might make you a bag holder.

Yeah, it's crazy how much it's risen in the last few months.   And my guess is that it'll keep going up to $1000 and more.  That's another regret I have, selling all the Dash I owned.   Oops!!  And despite the way it was brought into the world, with the instamine thing, it's still a very useful coin that shouldn't be written off as a scam coin.  I don't think that's strictly true, and it seems the market would agree with me. You'll see--we're getting pretty damn close to $1000 already.

it has 3-4 other altcoins to knock down and the are fierce competitors :D

first there is bitcoin gold which is nearly at the same level of market cap as Dash before Dash pump and BTG dump. this is the easy one which it has already pushed down but it won't stay down for long.

second is Ripple which nearly has twice Dash market cap! Dash has to reach above $1000, nearly $1500 to securely take the 4th place!!

then there is bitcoin cash which has 4 times market cap of Dash. good luck pumping Dash 4 times to $2800 :D

and final nail in the coffin is Ethereum which no altcoin can ever touch unless they also premine 72 million coins and pump their coins to this much. it has 7.4 times Dash market cap.

DASH's future looks great! Seems like all the currencies are suffering now and undergo a correction. All besides of DASH! Phenomenon DASH, kept climbing up while all other crypto bled.

Isn`t it strange that all alts are going down crazy and dash is rising?

Dash already passed BTG. Ripple has been fallijg for a long time, the basis for its rise was a Japanese bank was supposed to adopt it, they said no. So Ripples place is unjustified. The Bitcoin clones will go down easy. Dash has risen 65x this year, 4x more is nothing. Dash will pass ripple at $1175. Ethereum is another story. It is a useful coim with a bright future.  It will likely match Dash in its rise. But Dash doesn't have to pass Ethereum to be  top 3.

Dash has been doing exceptionally good lately, but I don't think it will get in the top 3 any time soon, the competition is just way ahead.
I do find it pretty fascinating that it is currently doing better than Monero.

Always thought that Monero was a bit more of a community favorite, so it's surprising that Dash is doing a lot better.

I was surprised when this coin began to rise in price quickly. Now the price is very high. Even a few days ago I would not have believed it. Crypto currency always surprises me

It is now  $813 now,  yes but I am not just feeling it.
I doubt if it ever become a top cryptocurrency among the likes of Bitcoin, Ethereum or even Steemit, or Montero. It may be raising in price but that recognition is not as much as I expected.

I don't even think it will withstand or bear the heat of competition among those few above.
Though, at least it is better than some coin like Litcoin or Ripple. Those two just went off.

Personally, I don't like it, the core wallet is a Linux style command line with a poor explanation. It's also slow. I think that project is on the decline. I'll stick with the talent, Zencash for security and privacy.

I noticed that when all the other coins are looking for the next bottom, this coin grows with bitcoin and if it was cheaper, I would buy it.

Dash today is the only top cap coin that withstand the dump, the amount of tokens in circulation is very huge and was helped by the masternodes locked up to tokens

why is DASH rising like that in the last few days. Apart from Bitcoins, it is the most desirable currency now. I guess every one is demanding it, hence it increase in price.

Dash is the altcoin that is getting indicated with a green mark while compared with majority of the altcoins that are available in the market. Once along with bitcoin it too has decreased and has started to show growth to reach the price of $800 at the earliest.

Too much optimist I must say, what we have to do is just buy it while low and sell it high, because there is not coin as good as bitcoin, and the ones who follows it
are doge, litecoin and eth in myu opinion.

I dont think so. Although it is a good coin, I think top 3 in the January are Bitcoin, Ethereum and Ripple. There is no more good news for Dash

Steemit is a Mickey mouse crypto, don't lump it together with BTC, ETH and DASH. Dash is an early kinda anon BTC fork, it uses 2MB blocks already and masternode network, the transaction number is limited, but once they solve their bottleneck it could take on the top spots. It's faster and cheaper than BTC already, can't see it overtaking BCH though. One of the bigger DASH problems is the masternode system, can't really be that useful if more than half coins are removed from circulation by staking nodes.

DASH is a good coin. I have really high hopes with Dash though I only have ethers and bitconis but I still like DASH very much. For me it came after bitcoin, BCH, BCG, LTC, and Ether.

I think your forecast is quite real because it is really a cool and technological coin
