Hope this is the right section, not suggesting Hashflare is a scam, but as a brand new customer of theirs, I'm massively concerned having transferred BTC to them and receiving 6+ confirmations within 80 minutes, that the order on Hashflare is now showing as "timeout" and not TH added.

I see that Hashflare have previously actioned queries on here, so hoping that will be the case as their automated support request email states they have ~4000 outstanding queries queued! Also contacted via Twitter and Facebook.

The order is 4759412.

Any help appreciated, or guidance as I ordered quite a bit (for me) to maximise the 10% referral code I used.

I have exactly the same Issue and going crazy, because I ordered 88 THs on Hashflare and got a Timeout.

I have send an E-Mail too the Support too and hope to receive a reply fast...

Keep me updated then and I'll do the same. Mine was only for 2TH but all the same, it is a concern.

I've seen other reports of this over the years and it seems to get resolved, just takes a long while for customer support to respond!

Now I wrote them in Facebook too. Did you receive an answer until now?

Nothing but I'd be surprised if they reply within a few days.

Was 88 TH your first ever purchase from them?

I've asked them as a priority to refund me (lost trust), but failing that, just give me my TH!!!

I have already made some comments on hashflare, they are frequently making promocations, they often delay payments and the argument is that they are doing maintenance, in the last weeks it has increased the value of the minimum withdrawal and now there is this problem that you posted, that is a sign that this mining company is collapsing

Yep, it was the first purchase ever I did. The other ones I’ve got at Genesis Mining. At first I thought to make a smaller purchase to Check the Service, now I hate myself xD

But I have a small good Message, I purchased for a few hours ago 21 THs of SHA-256 and got my THs. So I hope now it was just an error of System and they will give me my 88THs. Keep me updated if there are news about your Case.

That news are absolutely shit, I don’t hope that’s the Case... I spend to this Company more then 15k $ in the last 2 Days for Hashpower.... OMG

I have the same issue.

Paid with bitcoins on 30.11.17 for 6.5 TH, got the 6 confirmations within 30 minutes but still the order was "timeout"...

Write to the support, no answer so far. No TH as well.

I received the TH right away with a credit card payment.

Still nothing this end! :(

Amazing that some popular youtubers are recommending this company, and even loading up with $100k contracts, yet I can't even get a reply from Hashflare!

For those still waiting, I've FINALLY had a reply. No apology, just said the system took longer to process (coincidence that I now have my TH at the same time as their reply!)

about " No apology ", these companies when they were very small and had no clients, they treated people well, just see that they were active here in the forum, but with the increase of number of customers thanks to the referral system, they are making a lot of money and has no respect for customers

I just kept hassling them on Twitter and Facebook, not sure if that helped or not! I'm up and running now and earning already, though I'm just throwing it all back in to boost the power. I have enough confidence to put some more money in, but I suspect the issue will be the same and I'd have to start chasing again.

FYI - if you compound earnings, it adds it instantly because the balance is within the system. Not so straight forward when they want BTC, which takes forever!

I wrote them in Facebook and Twitter too, but without a result yet. In which Time you received the reply? I hope I get mine today too...

Good News! After 1 Week i received a reply of my Ticket. 88 THs added now to my other ones. So Guys i can say, they have really a lot of to do and it’s not a scam.

How long did they take to replyv

The same thing happened to me.. and it has been more than 8 days, with no reply at all from Hashflare and no hashrate was added to my account.  I guess they don't care.  I filed this scam warning because I do consider this a theft, unless Hashflare does something about it:

Even if Hashflare was to provide either a refund or allow the purchase to go through, so much time later, maybe because these warnings are posted publicly for all potential investors to see, we never agreed for Hashflare to borrow our cryptocurrency for a large block of time, so we should be additionally compensated for that unauthorized loan.  Hashflare?  Are you going to do all of that?  If not, then this is a scam.

10 days later, Hashflare did finally respond to me, apologizing for the delay, and crediting me for my payment!  So, at least my payment went through eventually.  They're probably just far slower handling these situations right now than a reasonable person would expect.  So I've corrected my trust feedback about Hashflare, and I'll expect that they're not a scam.

Nope - they're a scam alright.

I've had no issues since and reliable pay-outs too. Whether this continues, I have no idea, but for now, I don't believe it to be a scam, just that they are poor with customer service, like so many of the platforms. Will endevour to update in a couple of months when I've had all my initial investment back, and hope it continues to produce nice profits in line with other mining solutions.
