You'll need to communicate via an anonymous channel (such as TORchat), and then you'll have to arrange exchange of a cash (or other bearer instrument) payment via dead drop.

There is huge risk of fraud in this scenario, since the person who "sends first" has no guarantee that the other party will honor their end of the bargain.  This risk is the cost of true anonymity.

To be 100 percent anonymous i dont think u can cash out.  You could spend on virtual things.  But any physical item, or physical currency will have traces in my opinion.

You can using encryption to communicate and drop-shipping to collect cash. That would be 100% anonymous.

However, I can never imagine going to such lengths. Better to pay the relevant taxes.

This is completely anonymous but you can buy gold/silver and sell that to a local store for cash.  GoldSilverBitcoin is a good place to do this.

Buy gold and silver with Bitcoins and sell that rather than dealing with the stupid over-regulated exchanges the only thing with this method I can think of is the bank is going to be wondering how you're able to afford all the gold and silver as well as why you're suddenly getting thousands into your bank account out of nowhere :P though you could just avoid putting the notes into a bank and keep it in a safe or use something like paypal.

Meet in a coffeeshop, do the trade online there and then for cold hard cash.

The best way to enter and exit the crypto market under the radar is in person, in cash. I (the guy operating Bitcoin Co-op's account) entered the market this way, so I assume my assets are invisible, but I haven't tried cashing back into fiat, yet--at least not in the sense that I pulled it out of the online exchange, to my bank account or mattress.

More like 20% since you are dealing with so many people in between, the worst are the local gold buyers.
They will though accept gold in any form, even teeth fillings.

If your desire for anonimity is driven by tax evasion, consider the overall cost of the two scenarios ("legal" - taxed, vs. paying a premium for a tax-avoiding option).

If it is about stolen coins, the only option is an "anonymous" cashout.

I'd say in-person cash trades are the least risky option, unless you already are under watch.

Local coin exchange is for sure the most anonymous, especially if you know the people(not by name :D ).

You can have the card sent to a PO box, your neighbor, your cat or rob the mailman. ;)
