Since it's 17th floor there should be a nice panoramic view of the city which could increase the interest. People might also appreciate some pictures of the building from the outside and its surroundings. No sane person would buy a flat online without seeing the whole area first.

AFAIK, the minimum price of property that foreigner can buy is 5 Billion IDR which is around ~33 BTC with today's rate. So why do you want to have some bitcoins in this sale? :-[ It is ILLEGAL in Indonesia to use YEN (Japan) or even Dollar for TRANSACTION in Indonesia. BUT..............everyone is LEGAL to exchange YEN and Dollar etc in money changer. so.....there is no different with Bitcoin in that case , right?
