Can Bitcoin be converted to Cash? If yes
How?

yes... By selling it.
For example on coinbase, kraken, localbitcoins, this forum,...

Here is an (incomplete) list of places where you can trade BTC, do be carefull: not all of them are trusted, not all of them convert BTC to your local FIAT, not all of them give the same conversion rate...

I'm not really a big seller, but the other way around i did buy BTC from a guy on localbitcoins, and it went smooth. You do have to be carefull when picking a buyer, and never release the BTC from their escrow before you're 100% sure you have the cash in your hands. I'd also suggest using a non-refundable payment method, and when meeting somebody face to face: doing it in a very public place (inside a post office, next to a police station, inside a mc donalds,...)

Depending on where you live, you can also try to sell your BTC face to face by making a deal on this forum or there might also be the option to use a bitcoin atm to sell your BTC... Most of those ATM machines have a rather good reputation, but also a rather high fee.

Yes. Bitcoin i a legal cryptocurrency that is able to exchange into cash. There are some applications and softwares that you will able to store your Bitcoin (such as Coins.ph, Coinbase etc.) In my experience, I already cash out bitcoins through these softwares and you are able to get the cash in lhuiller stores such as (Cebuana, 7/11 etc.) But if you're trying to sell it online, This is better. Because the price is flexible and you, as a seller will able and rights to control the price depending to their offer and the price of bitcoin in market.

We have a platform "Localbitcoins". You can sell or buy bitcoin here. You transfer you bitcoin from your wallet to localbitcoin. Find out the trustworthy traders. Start your deal and sell your bitcoin. Your fiat will be transferred to your bank account maximum in 3 to 7 minutes. The transaction would be very  fast and secured.

Someone answered localbitcoin above me and I think that is the one mostly used because of lack of exchanges per country.
You could use your bank account and they will deposit the money there in exchange for your bitcoin.
That is all that I knew now when it comes to making it cash.
You could put your country next time so we could look for more options which could be easier if ever there is.

Can Bitcoin be converted to Cash? If yes

Yes, Of course. In order to use bitcoin in a different country, they are converting it to their respected currency so that they use to buy some stuff. We can't hold bitcoin by our hands so we must convert it to a cash or into a real money like paper money. Bitcoin was very usable and it helps me a lot to buy things that I need.

To convert Bitcoin into cash, look for a Bitcoin exchange that will allow you to sell your Bitcoin at a reasonable price, for your preferred local currency (such as pesos, dollars, or euros).

This guy has a lot of ways to convert his bitcoin to fiat and I think it is beyond in your country to find ways on how to convert your bitcoin, and because bitcoin is now popular and has a great reputation now people would simply find ways in using them in good use, and just like me I am using a certain Bitcoin wallet that is only base in our country that let us withdraw our bitcoin in a certain bank and automatically convert it to Fiat money.

In localbitcoins, not only we could use our bank account, but also we could sell bitcoins to the trader directly in person also if we don't want our transactions to be traced by government authorities for taxing purposes. You could sell your bitcoins directly to the person if you have large number of bitcoins and if not, then just you could ask them to send money to your bank account directly.

What country are you from? Perhaps you can use a local Bitcoin exchange to turn your Bitcoins into cash or vice versa?
If you're new to Bitcoin, I would not recommend LocalBitcoins, but rather a bigger trusted exchange.

You don't want to run the risk of getting scammed by someone who takes advantage because you're a new user.

Have a look at Kraken or Coinbase for example, if you don't mind giving out some form of verification (picture of passport etc.)

If not then no one will invest. It will be just like a game credit where it can only be used for the specific game.

I only knew local bitcoins but I am also open to new cash out opinions.
Want to see some answers here.
This is the hard part for most of the investors. How do they get out after they get in. Of course that is needed.
Coinbase have country restrictions I bet others also do.

It is very easy to convert bitcoin to cash, and usually won't cost you any additional fees( as the exchanges charge), because you are trading against other people who want to liquid their position same as you.

There is a big website who arranges in person meetings between bitcoin buyers and sellers:
localbitcoins.com

I have to warn you that some people over their are bad and may try to steal your money, so always make sure who you are dealing with and always make the transaction on a public place so the chance of getting robbed will be lowered.

You'd have to sell it on an exchange, typically to USD or EUR, the ones I've used before are Bitfinex and Coinfloor, keep in mind they both require verification and I know Bitfinex, in particular, is hard to get verified for USD withdrawals so don't sell until you know you can definitely withdraw. Other options include places like Bittylicious but exchanges are where you'll get the best rates.

Get a Bitcoin debit card. You send your BTC. An hour or two later you can withdraw cash via an ATM.

It's by far the fastest and most convenient way to get cash. There's no way I could be bothered with Localbitcoins when there's that alternative.

Of course that you can convert it to fiat currency(Cash). If you want the money in your bank use Bitstamp,Kraken or other major TRUSTED exchanges. If you want the money directly in your hands go to localbitcoins or bitcoin forums in your country and make a meeting with someone who wants to buy bitcoin. ;)

There are various ways of converting it to cash. The one I use often is luno which sells the bitcoin for cash that can be transferred to your bank account.
I've also heard about coinbase and xapo but I've not tried them.

This is hilarious.

Quote
In economics, cash is money in the physical form of currency, such as banknotes and coins
There is no such thing as a "cash" transfer in a bank , it will only become cash when you pick it up from the bank or an ATM.

She want cash for bitcoins, it means she wants physical notes when she sell the coins.
So no online exchange is going to do the job.

The only way you can exchange bitcoin > cash is by using localbitcoins or an ATM that supports bitcoin >cash.

LE.

Or the alternative @gentlemand  suggested

Get a Bitcoin debit card. You send your BTC. An hour or two later you can withdraw cash via an ATM.

There are banks that supports the exchange of Bitcoins to our currency and some business establishment such 711, Local Pawnshop (Cebuana) and etc. Though for the other coins, Coins.ph doesn't have any features that support the direct exchange from alt coins to Cash.
Yes, it can be converted into fiat, and I'm also one of the users of this coins.pH which I truly used over a 7 months of my participation in trading bitcoin. Currently people are converting their bitcoin into cash when they feel the need, the reason is that in most of the places people do not have the opportunity to use bitcoin directly for shopping. They can only use bitcoin for shopping online, but in their local stores they are not allowed to use bitcoin for shopping there. Therefore they mostly change bitcoin into their local currency and then use the fiat for different purposes. May be in future we become able to use bitcoin directly for different purposes and do not feel the need to change it into local currency.

There are a few options now where you can convert your digital currency to cash directly through either the wallet or a debit card, so making it easier for peeps like me to earn and use that money for survival and family needs. PAYZA now accepts crypto and BITCOIN as direct deposit and you can use their debit card or bank transfer to take it out and convert to euro or usd etc.

I'd suggest you not to use localbitocins to buy/sell btc, there are a lot of scammers there. Depending on where you're from some exchanges might be better than the other. For example, some time ago Kraken had a 40$ fee for countries in Europe that aren't in EU. Go to your local language board and look for an exchange from your country or as close as possible.

Of course Bitcoin can and is regularly converted into fiat otherwise what would be the point :).  My personal preference is to use localbitcoins to change Bitcoin into fiat mainly because it seems to be the most straight forward way of doing IHMO.  I'm sure there are other ways and platforms that you can also use to convert to fiat.  But always make sure that you do due diligence to safeguard against being scammed.

Yes bitcoin can be converted to cash, in the part of the country i come from you actually pay cash into the account  of the  seller. This depend on the amount of bitcoin the buyer wants to buy. Mostly, awareness precede the demand for bitcoin. when interest  have been won, the rate of each bitcoin will then be negotiated, if Bitcoin is going to be bought in high number, the seller may decide to give it at less the  price, just to encourage the buyer and cash will be paid directly into the bank account of the seller, while the bitcoins will be sent into the Bitcoin Wallet of the person that paid cash for it.
