I am a newbie to crypto field. So i want to know what is the best way to buy bitcoin?

This really completely depends on what country you're in. If you're in one of these countries(screenshot from Coinbase source (https://support.coinbase.com/customer/en/portal/articles/1392031-what-countries-are-buys-and-sells-available-in-)), then probably go with https://Coinbase.com just like what other replies before me have suggested:

If you're not from these countries/states and your own country doesn't have a local bitcoin exchange site(like Philippines' coins.ph), then your best bet would probably be https://localbitcoins.com

Coinbase then Gdax.

Coinbase seems to be a popular choice, you can also try bitstamp

This way you can save some money with buying as a market maker. So you do not have to pay the fee.

Coinbase is a good choice as well as QuadrigaCX

Or f2f if you don´t want use a credit card.

My advice - lykke or localbitcoin(localethereum for eth).

You can do it on any cryptocurrency exchange like coinbase, bittrex!

Local bitcoin or any other variation of this site for your country. Works very well for me

The best way to buy Bitcoin is to use exchanges. You can also make a personal deal with somebody you know and trust. However exchanges is the less risky variant.
