What will happen to altcoins this december? any predictions? i'm bothered with the ups and downs of BTC and other cryptos right now.

No idea, most were down recently which I suppose could be down to people riding the bitcoin price, I took that as an opportunity to pick some up and expand my alt portfolio so I am hoping that a few of them have some decent movement.

December is just like any other december in crypto world! I will advice not to bother yourself with prices rather look for promising altcoin that could be the most high valued coin in 2018! 2017 it was stratis this year, I do not have sny idea yet! But you are sure to know the star coin when you see it. There will always be a general consensus about such coin!

For good trading with alts - we need BTC dont bounce up/down as it was in Late Summer. For last 2 month we saw pity situations when BTC UP, ALTS DONW and BTC DOWN, ALTS also DOWN  :-\

Over the past month, the price for the BTC has changed by 60%. Altcoins are constantly in the red zone.
What will happen in December? No one knows.
But for 10-20% of your capital you can buy altcoyins.  ;)

I had to agree with wndrbr3d as long as Bitcoin is on the rise all other alts price will go down slightly. It's hard to predict when BTC price stops, a lot of news over internet predicts price target 14.000$ so it may take a couple of weeks before we see all alts prices start rising.

Exactly we hope the altcoin especially Ethereum will going up on this last years. They tried to make a pump from buyback. Maybe ethreum will be $600 - $700 on this december.

I think with the number of Altcoins everyone is very difficult to monitor the coin who is experiencing good prospects. Especially since the many occurrences of Tokens in the trading market, all you can do is see the volume and spread of the Altcoins and this year Altcoins will look very different from the previous year.

In recent months the value of bitcoin has grown rapidly and other altcoins are red zones, what will be the altcoins of December no one knows. But I think the other altcoins will be great next year.

The other altcoins have a fast increase in the amount of the previous ones are low, what will happen to altcoins in december no one knows.
It's hard to predict what will happen in the next few months or years.
But I believe that it will be worth a great deal in the future. It's good to look forward to what will happen to altcoins.

As per the movement happening in the present market it is clear that their would be many ups and down coming in Dec and before Christmas. if the trend continues to be up then altcoins will rise else vice versa. Only fear is that if correction come in btc it can go back to less thank 10k and all altcoin might also fall to great extent .

Im not good at reading the market but I think the correction of the price will continue to happen, prices may go down a bit.

Others altcoins status are dump others are potential to pump higher like bitcoin.I think all of us are waiting for it.

it seems to me that the status is getting ready for a good jump, the price of 1,000 satoshas is very close, and there it will be enough

I think with how the markets have looked recently the last week I think that the price will rise more (even if only slightly) As the prices dropped and most have regained their original position. This makes me think that they will be stronger this month (as most have been the previous months) with a better month on month performance

It's hard for the altcoin markets to stabilize when bitcoin itself is going from 8 to 12k back to 9k back to 11k etc.

Hard to predict bro. I'm seeing a wild swing this coming December for altcoins specially the top 1-5. With bitcoin mooning, altcoins will be having a hard time  to cope with the rising price of bitcoin because I assumed that most traders are going into the bitcoin market up until the end of the year.

If altcoin suffers, I will go and buy them at cheap price and continue to accumulate. If they made a move similar to bitcoin, I will just hodl and see how it goes next year.

I believe, the world are shifting into cryptosystem at larger than before, so it really boosted all altcoins this December

I see Altcoin survive, this is the effect of public confidence in Bitcoin getting bigger. so that bitcoin increment is not followed by altcoin.
a good moment to resume trading altcoin.

Altcoins would just do fine. If you are worrying about BTC affecting altcoins, Do not worry. It doesnt affect it. BTC has already created its revolution and I think it is beginning to conquer different types of payment in the world but is alctually facing all the pressure. On the otherhand, The era of altcoins is now on the verge. They'll do just fine cause they present different kinds of function than bitcoin. I think the only altcoins that will be affected by BTC are the ones who have blockchain technologies just like it. Btw, Goodluck to your Altcoin journey. Experience is the best teacher.

The same things will be happening which are going on from like 1 month  now . Since the shooting price of bitcoin , the alt coins market is not doing very good . All the coins are showcasing their dipping graphs due to the least development and investments in their coinbase .
Since the major investments are being done in Bitcoin , it is likely that altcoins might be staying the same for some more time.

 If Bitcoin goes on up, all altcoins will also grow. Probably, not so fast, but Litecoin and Ripple will cost much more. Undoubtedly Ethereum rate will be greater, maybe doubled or tripled even.

Altcoins will be the future of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin transactions are taking way too long to confirm and transactions fees etc.

Think about it this way. Bitcoin is like internet explorer. All the altcoins are like all the different browsers. Now, has internet explorer completely gone away? No, people still use it. But is it the most popular? No way. People are using upgraded versions of browsers. I think the same will happen to BTC.

Altcoin may have an  increase in their value. Bitcoin's value had boosted up alot but recently I see that it is dropping down. I think if it will keep on dropping down more and more people will invest in altcoins instead of bitcoins because of the fear of losing their money. But there is also a big chance that bitcoin's value goes up again, if that happens that many people won't invest in altcoins therefore the demand will become less and the altcoin's value might fall where as btc's value might increase.
