Title: Twitter followers help.
Post by: TheBeardedBaby on December 01, 2017, 08:35:51 AM
Hello,

The search engine in the forum is useless. Yesterday I came across a post regarding how to get followers to your Twitter account, as I created my first and only account for the campaigns here. Now I don't remember in which section it was and tried to search it, but by searching only Twitter got 5 pages of posts from 2011-2012, cannot filter by date or anything :(

Is it a good strategy to go for "U follow I follow" to get more followers, or its forbidden here?

If you are just looking for Twitter followers, you can randomly follow lots of people and you will often get many follow backs.  How about asking your friends to follow you too?  Of course tweeting something of value will actually get people to want to follow you...

Just in case, currently have 0 followers:

Well it is not forbiden as far as I am concearned, most of these followback are done in the serviece section of the forum here is quick link to it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0

followback let's say is good strategy to gain followers faster but when you get to some point of followers that you feel comfortable with I'd say that you stop to do follow backs as followers should naturaly come and without followback you might be seen as more legit. Other thing is that there are a lot of ways to buy twitter followers - which I don't recommend as most of the time you will buy bots that will follow you as mostly people have "farm" of some sort full of bots which will enable them to sell their serviece. With followback you can get "fake accounts" aka bots as well but in my opinion this should be on lower proportions.

Thank you for the info. Until now I have around 150 so I was thinking to start posting stuff so get more followers with same interest.
