In the future may I suggest that if you intend to offer a contingent sale such as this one that you link to the competing auction or in some way update potential buyers in your sale thread? I wasted my own valuable time on this and petitioned the services of two separate escrow agents when I was led to believe we'd reached an agreement and the bottom line was that this sale thread is a non-starter.
