Never had problems with them personally and they are one of the most reputable exchanges in my opinion, and i have not heard many complaints compared to other exchanges like yobit for example. No response from them yet but I did just e-mail them like an hour ago so not a big deal. So in comparison to exchangers like Poloniex and Bittrex they have an ultra fast support :)
