Because you have contacted them right? Or you call them scammers without waiting for a reply? I think it is the case, just show some patience because they reply within 24h and they are very helpful.

They replied that I will receive refund and that was 3 days ago. Nothing received yet. It's not only me complaining about that scammy exchange. I know that it's not a big amount, but why should they steal customers money? Shapeshift is not a scam, although they have a negative trust rating it is actually not them just receiving deposits and not sending out the exchanged altcoins, but rather regarding the transaction fees that they charge which imo is unfair as well. It's only a small amount and i doubt you'll get scammed by them. Although time is a factor here, you may be waiting for a while before you receive any sort of tangible asset into your wallet, even though they have promised to send it ages ago.
