Not that it isn't unjustified per se.. FUD Obviously they don't tell you...what the money transmitting company does (greendot inc for moneypaks) or banks, if you are doing decent sized transactions that seem at all suspicious they will write a SARS (suspicious activity report) and send it to the IRS. If you get enough of em you'll be audited soon enough.
