Title: Best exchange for beginners?
Post by: bustun101 on December 02, 2017, 01:51:06 PM
I want to start day trading crypto but i have no idea on which exchange I should start on. Preferrably I want one with low transaction fees and a wide range of altcoins to choose from, I do no have much money to start out with.

Bittrex suits all your needs but it will need your documents before you can start trade. If you want to bypass this, because you care about privacy then there is an exchange called Cryptopia. The downside of it is that you first need to get your hands on one of the top crypto-currencies (BTC, LTC, ETH) to start trading. Because this platform doesn't let you trade in fiat. I use Kraken to buy Litecoin or Bitcoin, because it accepts SEPA transfers, then I deposit the coins to Cryptopia.

If you want to trade altcoins, I would suggest that you use etherdelta for you to learn the basic on trading. You dont need to register on that exchange. As long as you have etherwallet, you can use and trade altcoins unlike other trading exchanges that needs to be verified first.

I would also suggest to use Bittrex, it's very handsome to use. Binance has low fees and also a mobile app. Both a well-known and supported exchanges.

Poloniex, Bittrex, CEX.IO, coinbase, etoro, nah there's too many exchanges out there and most of them were all the same. They all had a high fees for every transactions either minimum or high. Choose what suits you some of them were going to ask your personal information for their terms. You may want to google everything or use an exchange that is nearby or related in your country so you will not get left behind.

I would say for newbie the best exchange that you can use is coinbase but only few coins are traded there. You can also try shapeshift.io.

But as others are talking about bittrex, this is the most popular one and has a lot of altcoins for you to choose. But there are now rules that you had to follow with the verification process.

You know what, there are too many of them you can see them here https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/

With all the recent existing problem at poloniex and bittrex, I decided to use livecoin.net as an alternative trading site. It is enough to fulfill my needs, and the most important thing I do not need to do KYC verification. It goes well so far and I hope there will be no problems in the future.

If you'll gonna ask me about this few months ago, I will tell you to go to Bittrex right away. Unfortunately, many of its users right now are voicing out that their accounts have been locked out due to several reasons. I'll advice you to stay away from them for the moment and try other exchanges such as Cryptopia. They have a wide array of different coins and they don't require you to provide any ID to trade in their platform. The fees are also small compared to other exchanges out there. You can go to their website by using this link (https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Register?referrer=JanpriX). Their support team is responsive to any inquiry that you have for them.  ;)

For beginners, i'd say cryptopia is a good choice but lately, the fees there have been higher compared to other exchanges. Some are suggesting poloniex, but there are issues about withdrawals there or something. So, maybe try bittrex. I think that it's a decent exchange for you to begin with.

What is the minimum bitrex input?

Are you sure about that wide range of altcoins? Trading sites that doesn't organized well their coins list will just give their users increase the chance of losing. The most trading exchange that really have a wide range of altcoins is Yobit exchange. Since their commencement of operation, Yobit is quiet on the bottom list of good and trusted exchanges by most users in the community. You can check the volume there and test the risks if you want.

Crytopia, Bittrex, Poloniex are some of the trading platforms that have wide range of coins to be traded. The good thing here is, they are delisting coins that doesn't established a good volume within a timeframe . Because of this, it won't mixed to other alts that have a good daily volume.

Actually you are the one who will choose an exchange. There are lots so you want might to check them one by one. Sounds hassle but in that way you will know what's fit your criteria.

Yobit has a lot of coins but if you want legit coins the go trade on Bittrex. The fees on all exchanges are basically all the same.
