you never hear about it much even in here, it just ghosts up to roughly LTC level, and sits there for ages, until it matches then next LTC rise it has really low volume usually who/what/how is NVC control / forces? NVC was premined then used as a bribe to get on the btc-e exchange. Currently there is ~ 0 daily volume traded although the price is kept high in the clouds.
