[Update as of July 13] I have sent payment and received the Key and it is NOT working. I have contacted steam. The gift code seems authentic but I have yet to hear from Steam support. Keep on the offensive (I leave only what is necessary to keep order in cities and keep moving my army toward their barely defended cities and vassal captured cities when you can't hold them.
