I have a few facebook contacts who have been enticing me with benefits for investing with Pluggle so I tried to look online for information and I found this in the webpage of Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC) :

"The Commission has received information that individuals or group of persons
representing PLUGGLE, INC. are enticing the public to invest in the said entity. Based on
the reports received from the public, PLUGGLE claims that it has an advertising website
wherein its members can receive significant gains from their One Thousand pesos
(P1,000) initial investment by simply logging in everyday or by obtaining referrals.
According to the information communicated to the Commission, PLUGGLE
requires its members to sign up to its website through a sponsored link and to purchase
an activation code worth One Thousand pesos (P1,000) through their accounts using
bitcoin or through other legitimate members or leaders. PLUGGLE claims its members
may earn in 6 ways:


1. Sign up bonus – The member will earn One Hundred pesos (P100) upon
registration;
2. Personal login bonus – The member will earn One Hundred pesos (P100)
every time he/she logs in his/her account;
3. Group login bonus – The member will earn Sixty pesos (P60) per login of
his/her 1st level downlines and Forty pesos (P40) per login of his/her 2nd
level downlines;
4. Follow bonus – The member will earn One Hundred pesos (P100) for every
person he/she sponsors into the system. There are no limitations as to the
number of persons the member intends to sponsor;
5. Leveling bonus – The member will earn Four Hundred pesos (P400) for one
(1) pair in each level down to the 10th level of the binary structure;
6. Pairing bonus – The member will earn One Hundred pesos (P100) for every
pair in the binary structure. There are no limitations as to the number pairs.


To avoid overpayment, the Personal and Group login bonuses combined are
limited to One Thousand Three Hundred pesos (P1,300) for 12 days and the Pairing
bonuses are limited to 30 pairs per day or Three Thousand pesos (P3,000) per day per
account. However, a member may register two (2) or more accounts but only the main
account will have a login bonus of One Thousand Three Hundred pesos (P1,300).
In its Facebook Account PLUGGLE promises a return of 30% - 100% in 12 days
with the above-mentioned system.
The public is hereby informed that PLUGGLE, INC., despite having been
registered with the Commission as a corporation, is not authorized to solicit
investments from the public as it has not secured the necessary license or permit
from the Commission as required under Sections 8 and 12 of the Securities Regulation
Code (SRC).
Consequently, those who act as salesman, brokers, dealers or agents of
PLUGGLE, INC., in selling or convincing people to invest in the investment scheme being
offered by PLUGGLE, INC. including solicitations or recruitment through the internet
may likewise be prosecuted and held criminally liable under Section 28 of the Securities
Regulation Code and penalized with a maximum fine of Five Million pesos
(P5,000,000.00) or penalty of Twenty One (21) years imprisonment or both pursuant
to Section 73 of the SRC.
Accordingly, those who invite or recruit other people to join or invest in this
venture or offer contracts or securities to the public may be held liable or accordingly
sanctioned or penalized in accordance with the Supreme Court decision in the case of
SEC vs. Oudine Santos (G.R. No. 195542, March 19, 2014).
Regarding the use of Bitcoin in the investment scheme, the public is further
informed that pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 944, s, 2017, “The Bangko
Sentral does not intend to endorse any VC (virtual currency), such as bitcoin, as a
currency since it is neither issued or guaranteed by a central bank nor backed by
any commodity. Rather, the BSP aims to regulate VCs when used for delivery of
financial services, particularly, for payments and remittances, which have material
impact on anti-money laundering (AML) and combating the financing of terrorism
(CFT), consumer protection and financial stability.”
In view thereof, the public is hereby advised to exercise caution before investing
in these kinds of activities and to take the necessary precaution in dealing with
PLUGGLE, INC. or its representatives.

I don't seem to understand this part:

How can they have registered if they have not secured a permit?

and,

Does this means that those facebook contacts of mine, trying to get me to invest can be considered criminals then?

Anybody here from the Pluggle team that can give an explanation?

Matagal ko na narinig ang pluggle actually may nag invite pa nga saakin na kakilala para sumali pero di ko pinatulan katulad lng eto ng networking, hindi kikita kung walang mainvite kaya mga baguhan nalng ang ang mahihikayat nila sa ganitong mga modos na investment.

Usong uso nga eto noon sa mga facebook groups. Kaya yun mga gusto ng instant money dun agad sila nag invest karamihan pa naman puro pinoy nahihikayat mag tapon ng pera nila dun.

Lagi kong nakikita yang pluggle na yan sa newsfeed ko. Marami na rin kumita dyan pero pyramid scheme sya kasi kailangan mo mag refer para kumita. Kawawa yung mga nahuli kasi mahihirapan sila maghakot ng invites since marami ng naunang sumali.

Bakit hanggang ngayon kumakalat parin sa fb yan? Yes! kumikita ka sa pluggle pero its ponzi scheme, magkakapera ka lang if may mga invites ka, if wala nganga diba? Ewan ko sa ibang tao kung bakit gustong gusto nilang ipakalat yang pluggle eh alam naman nilang mahirap kumita diyan. Lalo na sa mga baguhan sa crypto binunulag yang pluggle na yan. Kaya iniisip ang tingin ng mga tao sa networking ay scam. dahil pati crypto naapektuhan diyan.

Kaya nga e. Ang daming kumakalat na mga post sa facebook tungkol sa pluggle na yan. Pinag-aralan ko ang pluggle pero di ko sinubukan sumali. Parang networking din yan, kailangan may mga maiinvite ka. Cash in ka ng P 1,000 sa kanila para maging ok yung account mo. Tapos may mga bayad kada invite at kada login, pero hindi ako naniniwala. Ayoko ko talaga ng networking. Kung titignan mo kasi, yung scheme niya parang networking e.

Kaya minsan nasisira ang pangalan ng bitcoin dahil sa mga ganitong gawain, akala nila scam din to dahil nakadepende ang mga scam sa bitcoin kaya nawawalan ng tiwala ang marami. Just saying

Totoo, kahit ako, ilang beses na akong pinipilit ng kakilala ko na magpluggle pero since may money involved, hindi ako nagtitiwala. Mahirap kasi yung sinasabi nila na kailangan mo pang maginvite para kumita. Mahirap na kasing magconvince ngayon dahil halos lahat takot at dala na sa scam. So lesson nalang talaga na kapag may money involved, wag basta basta kakagat sa offer.

hangang ngayon parang usong uso pa din kasi may mga nakikita pa din akong post sa mga facebook groups tungkol dyan sa pluggle na yan, naalala ko pa dati nung nagbibigay ako ng warning tungkol dyan sa pluggle pero tulong tulong pa sila na nagagalit sakin LOL

Sikat nga po yan sa facebook andaming mga patotoo diyan at marami pa silang pinapakitang mga proof of income nila pati na din po SEC registered sila kaya mga legit, eh madali lang naman magparegister sa SEC eh hindi naman mabusisi ang ating gobyerno masyado sa ganyan, ako din nag angry ako tapos may nagreact di ko nalang pinatulan.

Oo sobrang uso nito sa mga facebook groups madami talagang mahuhumaling sa pluggle na to kasi nga naman mag lologin ka lang everyday instant 100 php na agad diba iba pa ang mga na invite mo pero for sure magiging scam lang din yan.

Matagal na yan na ponzi.. daming nabiktima nyan. Sumali na nga ako nyan nuon nung newbie palang ako.. nagsayang lng ako ng 1k. ngayun medyu may konting kaalaman na ako alam ko na kung ano dapat salihan at hindi.. Minsan nga din nakikita ko yung mga binibiktima ng upline nila.. kawawa masyado gusto ko sana turuan about na merong libreng kitaan na no need na mag invest.. kaso ako magtatake ng full responsibility sa kanila.tas di ko magagawa yun kasi nag aaral pdin ako haha

Daming ganyan sa facebook usong uso yan lalo na sa mga bitcoin group sa facebook. yung tipong papakitain ka nila ng mga paraan na kumikita sila ng bitcoin ng mabilisan pero bandang huli mona marerealize na PLUGGLE pala.

Tama yang disissyon nyo mga sir.mahirap talaga sumali sa mga pluggle parehas lang yan ng networking.dapat kung magiivest lang din naman kayo don nlang kayo sa alam nyong di kayo maluluko.magagaling manghikayat ang mga pluggle para kayo ay maginvest sa kanila kaya kung inaalok na kayo ng malaking tubo at malaking kita para maginvest kayo sa kanila magtaka na kayo mga sir.

pag networking talaga mahirap yan kumbaga di naman totally scam, semi scam lang kasi nag e earn din yun ibang member na nasa taas na pero hanggang saan tatakbo ang ganitong uri ng sestema kasi may panahon na malalaos at di na kikita kayat kaka awa yung mga bagong member na nataon na pabagsak na.

Tanga lang ang sasali pa sa pluggle na yan kung kasali na sa bitcoin forum. Nakakaawa talaga yung mga taong nagplupluggle na yan haynaku. Mas mabuti pa dito sa bitcoin kesa sa pluggle na bulok nayan. Madami akong kaibigan na nagplupluggle iniinvite ako pero tinatawanan ko lang.

Ang dami na po talagang nagkalat na ganyan sa fb, meron pa pong bumubuo ngaun ng parang mga networking style but its bitcoin. anyway let us be mindful nalang po kasi nagkalat po talaga sila sa facebook.

Kapag may referral commission tapos need mo muna mag-invest umiwas ka na. Ang makikinabang lang dyan ay yung mga nasa top ng pyramid. Kikita sila sa dami ng mga nahikayat nila sa pluggle at kailangan mo rin maghikayat para lumaki rin kita mo.

obvios na kalokohan naman kasi talaga yang pluggle tapos maglalabas pa sila ng statement na ganyan para lang makakuha ulit ng magpapasok ng pera. imagine mag log in ka lang may makukuha ka na bayad? pati log in ng ref mo meron ka din makukuha? laking kalokohan at patuloy pa din nagpapaloko mga pinoy

Since advertisement website sila every click would plug whatever they are advertising. Ang mali lang ay ginawa nilang parang pyramid scheme with their referrals. I dont think mag ppost ang SEC without a cause. So ingat ingat na lang.

matagal ko ng  alam ito about sa plugge na to at alam kong iscam dahil ang gaganda ng offer nila at nakaka pagtaka din ang mga sinasabe nila eto ang sanhi kung bakit pati ang bitcoin ay nadadamay sa mga kalokohan nila.

Actually sumali rin ako sa pluggle before nag sign up ako at merong investment doon buti nalang ay hindi ako naka pag down kasi wala rin ako pera that time.

Tanong ko lang po diba nila ma scam yung account ko diko narin naman inoopen yun limot kuna rin yung account na iyon?
