i've found their site to be quite unreliable when there's a flood of traffic. last time prices went from $150 to $100 i saw the same thing.

Same here. Whenever there's price action, they're spotty and I get the cloudflare page every other load.

Really? Only when there's a flood of traffic?

I have consistent problems with CampBX performance regardless of the situation.

The website is not designed well to handle the load it needs to.  I don't know why they haven't worked on fixing things yet.

I notice: Every time I have 2 windows open (i.e. one displaying "orders" and one "Trade Now,") I have to refresh the other one after a load or else it won't work. For instance, if I cancel an order in the "orders" page and it reloads, then try to place a trade in "Trade now," it brings me back to the main page. So I have to refresh "trade now" to use it again.

Kind of annoying. I loved Bitfloor's interface, where everything was on the same page, and you didn't need a full page load for anything. BTC-E and Vircurex have nice interfaces in that regard. But CampBX is just slow and annoying.

I still use it as part of my strategy to use 3-4 exchanges simultaneously so that when one goes down, I still have 75% of my trading stash accessible. If 2 go down, I'm still not sitting there staring at the ticker with my jaw dropping, swearing at Support's lame excuses.  ;)

We are migrating from Arizona data center to a bigger setup in Atlanta. Once this migration is complete, site performance will be back to normal levels.

Thank you,

I had a bit of a lag while the site was executing a large trade and I got the cloudflare popup for a couple of minutes. It looks like trade execution itself is not affected. Hoping the server move goes smooth.

Have to say though, using the service for the first time, both ACH and Dwolla withdraws went smooth and the ACH showed up on the 2nd business day (as promised) while Dwolla was near-instant. :D

I read in another thread that this won't be until the end of the month.

For a moment I had forgotten just how bad it was.

Today I was reminded!

I've spent the last hour attempting to reach the site with no luck.
